I love the smash it burger they are the best burgers you can get and the burger fries wow they are amazing, won’t go anywhere else for my burgers. The shop is always clean and the staff are all helpful and very kind. I’d recommend this shop to everyone I know. Manager is lovely too and the owner, all good people.

Have to say I was disappointed, for the price it wasn't worth it, the mac and cheese bites was decent but if I hadn't of got the offer they would have been over priced, the cheese and bacon fries was horrible, hard bacon bits and a sickly kind of cheese sauce that literally put me off the rest of the meal, for £5 I expected actual cheese and not slop, the burger wasn't bad but wasn't the best not sure what that horrible sauce was that made it so i couldn't eat it, £25 not well spentI do have to say tho the Milkshake was actually really good

Me and my wife left a review in regards to an order we made! Unfortunately there was some miscommunication and our order was cancelled!Luckily after a short while we were contacted by the owner and had a conversation about the confusion and he agreed to not only send us the order but for the order to be complimentary!We already loved the food (hence the 4 previous orders) but after the incident was resolved I couldn’t recommend Smash it! more!We’re regular customers and will continue to be!!

Pretty solid. Friendly, professional staff. Food is made to order - some people might not like the wait, but food made fresh is a big plus for me. The burger was like a quality homemade burger, good bun, well seasoned beef, fresh toppings. The skin-on fries were cooked perfectly and lightly seasoned.Ways to improve? Meal deals are a no-brainer. Better sauce selection. Option of additional seasoning on the fries ie. cajun.I will say my burger was a little over and the patties were slightly dry. It was crumbling rather than juicy, which is unusual for a smash style burger. It was busy with orders going out, so I won't mark them down on it, but at these prices every burger should be spot on.
