I visited here last night with my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. I ordered 2 fajita burgers, one large and one small, chicken nuggets and a house burger. The fajita burgers arrived, both small, and barely warm, no large meal.. both small. The house burger was less than impressive, underdone chips and overcooked burger. No salad at all, the meal looked very unappetising. We then had to ask where my granddaughters meal was as we all had our meals apart from hers. They had obviously then panicked and put the nuggets and chips in the microwave as her food was blistering hot when they served it. No apologies. Not great. Also a relatively long wait of around 45 minutes.. For nearly £55.00 including one drink each.. very disappointing.

Mothers day spoilt by your rather rude Manageress, had booked and was being rushed to finish as the place was busy, we're not told at point of booking and on the day there was a time limit.Food was not up to usual standard, short on veg choices.Probably try somewhere else next time ! Pity that really as we are locals, Manageress may need to give customers a bit more respect, very rude and arrogant!!!

I was having a meal with friends and they got a carvery but 4 off us got burger and chips we had to wait 30 minutes for it.The chips were frozen and the burger was too hard to eat won't be going back there

Been here a few times always been good but today me and my kids had the experience from hellSo for mothers day we booked a table and the manager the lady with short hair think she was ScottishPlaced us on a table next to the door I said could we be seated anywhere else we don't mind waiting as it was a cold breeze at them seats and she just said no with an attitude. My partner said we will find somewhere else to eat and on the way out she was laughing at us so I noticed and questioned her about it I said I'd like to make a complaint as she also had a very rude tone infront of my children and she said I am the manager so would like you to leave now. Absolutely ruined our boys treating there mother to a meal on mother's day never seen anything like it
