We ordered through Just Eat and were given a 35 to 40 minute window. An hour later it still hadn’t arrived. Rang KFC and got told by a young girl that they didn’t have my order number on their list and told to contact Just Eat for a refund. Whilst trying to find how to contact Just Eat got a second email from KFC saying my order was confirmed and giving me a different number. I rang KFC again with the new number and was given to the same giggling girl I had spoken to previously who said that they didn’t have the second number either and that probably the driver had taken it to eat and why didn’t I have something else or reorder? I explained that the reason for the order was because I was flying to Australia in the morning so didn’t have any food or anything in the house. She obviously didn’t care and told me again to take it up with Just Eat but no help in how I did that. I put the ‘phone down and ordered a Domino’s Pizza. Ten minutes later - knock on the door and there’s the KFC - piping hot and 10 minutes after that the pizza arrived. My simple takeaway meal with a couple of friends before flying to Australia cost me well over £60 and a lot of high blood pressure hassle and it will be a long long time before I use either Just Eat or KFC again.

Couldn’t organize a booze up if bought the drink in for them food tasteless warm . Staff not polite would give a zero rating if there was one won’t be going back . Needs a bloody good manager putting in

When you're paying so much then you expect the order to be correct and actually hot so you can enjoy the £37 you've just spent absolutely disgusting ..what happened to customer service vile cold food missing

It's always chaos in here - it took 30 minutes from paying for my food to it actually being ready. That's the opposite of fast food.... it was a bog standard sharing box, no changes to the order.Its very unorganised in there- the delivery drivers block the counter and waiting area - it needs a better process for everyone.

Recently I had a great experience at KFC. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially a young tall girl, with black glasses. I would definitely recommend this KFC to anyone looking for a quick and easy meal, good taste of fresh food, thanks

I have ordered a few times from kfc cleveleys Victoria Road and I will say the food is good but the service is terrible. Every time I order on line my order has food missing and we have to go out and pick up the missing food but even tho you go out to get the missing food when you have already paid for it to be delivered you end up standing in the kfc shop for 45 minutes or longer. It's a disgrace .instead of all the serving staff laughing and chatting maybe they should pay attention to what there doing and to there customers. Its a piss take .

I get KFC quite regular and have been hugely disappointed on plenty of occasions HOWEVER I have recently moved into the area and this was by far the best KFC I have ever had. Ordered via Uber for delivery. Turned up hot, tasty and full of flavour. Even the gravy was thick (a good thing) whereas been like water in the past at other restaurants. I don’t often write reviews but I go out of my way when I feel it is deserved

I drove from fleetwood to the cleveleys store ordered the zinger stacker box meal I asked to swap wings for 1 piece I was given a wing the chips where like wood shavings then the burger the bread was thin and looked like they just thrown the burger across the kitchen I drove back bearing in mind it's a good 20 min drive there all round and manager dealt with my complaint and replaced the meal I get home the burger was much better and I got a better piece of chicken but the chip you get a few normal size on to them loads of shavings the quality is shocking and prices are too high for what you get I won't be using KFC again
My sister worked at this KFC and she said it was abysmal as there was a man there who was always rude, giving her evils and slamming stuff next to her which disrupted her hearing and she was hospitalised a few weeks after she was sacked because damage was done to the both of the ears ?? also the woman on the phone was extremely rude when she inquired about returning to her job and slammed the phone down and was very rude with 0% manners, never work here and don’t even go in there because it stinks and the floor is highly slippy

Me and my gf ordered food from here and it came late and the food we ordered was not the right things we got a stupid bottle of water n we didn’t even order one this is outrages never ordering from here again

I ordered my food on just eat and when I received my food it was completely the wrong order, I ordered a burger meal and a wrap and got a 2 piece chicken meal instead, I am so angry it’s unbelievable. Never order from this KFC and don’t step foot in there because I’ve worked there and had experience and most of the staff really aren’t nice at all especially the one with the spectacles and dark hair, they could get away with murder with no consequences.

I had to give it a 1 rating as it wouldn't let me give a zero. This is the worst KFC meal I've had - the coating on the chicken fillets was soggy and the chicken itself was tasteless. Certainly wasn't the chicken we are used o having back home. The chips looked awful and tasted bad.

Great job by the team. Food good as always. Recently put new soap dispensers in the male toilets. Loos good ?. However I'm going to have a moan , I like my coffee ☕ and it's been out of order for at least two months. Can somebody do something about it please.
