Unfortunately disappointed with my order.3 pizza’s which all were cold. Had a notification to say they had been delivered when they hadn’t to then find the driver was driving around trying to find the address for 10minutes and didn’t attempt to ring me for directions.Sadly won’t be ordering again.

Due to a last minute change in the weather forecast, our football presentation bbq had to be quickly changed to a takeaway. 15 pizzas ordered and delivered on time and piping hot!! Very happy customers!

Virgin papa John pizza chap And WOWTried a few now and rating on the food is 7-10 ……7 as sometimes they don’t take the sauce to the edge with the cheese so it’s dry. And a bit of a looser and then they do other timesBut over all yes it’s better than. Domino’s and Mohammeds or Istanbul s pizza attempts the stuffed crust is good too but a little expensive if I was guaranteed not a big crust on the standard pizza I would use you more .ThanksJackVegetarian options: Ok

We are converts from Domino's to Papa Johns. We think the taste is superior. Prices and offers are very good too. Went into the shop today to order. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable.

There is so many bad reviews on here. I didn't listen at all and I tried it and no problem at all staff was very friendly and pizzas are so delicious. ??✌️❤️

We've been ordering online from here for years and it's always gone just fine. Easy to order, friendly delivery guy, lovely pizzas. The rest of the family have ordinary pizzas but I have the gluten-free pizza due to Coeliac Disease. They do the best gluten-free pizza ever! I've tried every other pizza place for a decent one an almost had a party when I tried the Papa John's one. A decent one at last. Then today was amazing!My daughter accidentally forgot to switch out the ordinary crust for the gluten free one. We phoned Cleveley Thornton (Lancashire) in the hopes they hadn't already made it. They had already made our pizzas and were about to send them out (that was really quick as always) so we said okay, thanks anyway, goodbye. The guy said to hang on, went to speak to someone and after a moment someone called Paul came to the phone. He asked if the gluten-free base was just preference or due to allergies. My daughter told him I can't have gluten and he immediately offered to make us a second pizza! They made a second pizza gluten free just for me and still delivered the other one so we ended up with a free pizza. We only know Paul from a less than five minute phone conversation but we are now all in love with the guy! They obviously didn't have to made a gluten-free one after our mistake. It was our mistake and yet they put it right for us. They went over and above. Three cheers for Papa John's (and Paul!).

Wow what absolutely awful service and disgraceful customer service from KATRINA the so called manager. She needs sacking, she will destroy your business you have worked so hard for in a heart beat!I ordered and paid for 2 portions of garlic knots, they sent one as she tells me she made them and she put two portions in one box ? doubt they very much the box wasn't even full, is there a box shortage? Then asked me to pay extra for bottle of pop, absolutely fine but then didn't send it and tripped herself up twice telling me string of lies, oh sorry reasons why they just want to take hard earned money from customers and Rob them off not only a bottle of pop but a whole box of garlic dough balls too. Because we can all afford to give money away .The worst part is her manner, her customer aervice and management skills are diabolical and will be reporting this to trianing standards as she wasn't prepared to allow me to discuss this with her boss or the owners who deserve to know what their employees are doing to their business because the owners are actually really nice people.Delivery driver was lovely BTW he did a great job
think they need some new delivery drivers as their current ones have extreme anger issues and have no shame in shouting abuse towards members of the public. Embarrassing on their behalf.

Well we will never order from here again. What a disappointment! Ordered two pizzas.....one was not what we ordered and the other didnt taste very nice so we didn't eat it and ordered somewhere else.

Just had a pizza delivery from Papa John's in cleveleys, I am sorry to say it was possibly the worst takeaway I have had. The food was overcooked ,dried up and tasteless, very disappointed and 30 quid lighter . I could carry on, but it's pointless.
