Girl was really rude to me when advising about parking. Heard staff moan about customers coming in. Not prepared to order from there again.Parking: Parked next to window which I thought was or customers. Apparently got told by rude member of staff the owner has cameras and will fine you £100. Took my custom elsewhere.

Ordered 2 sandwiches,1 fine the other had ½ scoop of tikka which looked pathetic and only went ½ way across the 6" bread.i told the girl.She said if I wanted extra I would have to pay.I didn't want extra just the correctly measured amount not half.Management didn't say a word.This is THE worst customer service,and I suggest a job NOT in customer service!!

Hi its me again, just read your response to my last comment, kind of bordering unprofessional. My point was that the drink sent was not one that I like or drink and would have preferred to have been informed that they don't stock my chosen drink (not sure why it's still on all the menus as an option). Paying for a drink I didn't even want was my frustration and should have been refunded instead of having my money taken without asking and given a product I don't like or drink. My partner ordered delivery from this store today and our sandwiches weren't toasted despite putting it on the order and missing the crispy onions and I ordered slightly salted nachos, they've sent me the spicy ones again, not what I would have paid for!!... It's crazy that we paid £22 for two soggy subs. Will be ordering from another restaurant in future, this place is too inconsistent with orders. Maybe have two people checking the orders are right because clearly things are slipping through without being noticed. It might seem like little complaints but to us who are paying for something we'd at least expect our orders to be correct.

Disgusting customer service. Rang up to complain about my sandwhich being missed off my order (its a sandwich store). To be hung up on not once but twice. The staff need some basic customer service training. I don't care what kind of day you've had, you do not hang up on a customer who's order you messed up, you should be apologising profusely. Disgusted. The name of the person who hung up was Ashley, so hoping someone higher up will see this review and give her some training.
