“We found this hidden gem quite by accident. We stopped here for coffee over a weekend, read the menu and decided to return. We had an absolutely gorgeous lunch with friends yesterday and will certainly go back again. We did book fortunately as its small but very busy. Mid week they offer soup and a salad or sandwich for about £12. The food is very well presented and all very fresh and tasty, service was very good and there was a lovely ambience with some outdoor seating. Well worth a visit.”

“Popped in on Tuesday as we were holidaying in nearby lodges for a few days. The shop goodies looked amazing. Bought a few things and was very impressed with how tasty they were, also the two complimentary slices of Irish tea bread we were given.........would defo recommend and visit again if I was in the area.”

“It was your typical "village" pub, no airs and graces but you got what you expected. Good friendly service, decent food and extremely competitive prices. 3 of us got lunch and a drink each for £39 all in ?‍♀️ certainly nothing to grumble about. Allowed dogs in to which I loved although would never take my excitable pooch lol. Would definitely go again.”
