I've been a member of Ribby Hall for several years now. Every time we try to order a pizza on the Ribby Hall App it says there are no time slots. Then when you try to ring it just rings out.On the last 3 occasions | witnessed staff simply not answering the phone. Then they claim there's a problem with the phones. Today we tried to order a pizza on the app and weren't able to. When I went to collect the pizza that we had to order in person, there was a female member of staff making pizzas with no gloves on. She also handled money and failed to wash her hands before continuing to make the pizzas. There was only myself and another customer waiting to be served. Two male members of staff just looked at us rather than asking us what our order numbers were. There was food ready to go under the serving lamps but myself and the other customer had to physically ask them to hand over our food. It's like we were invisible. They clearly hate their jobs and get no satisfaction from it at all. If this place was on the main high street I think it would have gone bust by now. The staff here are rude and lazy. As I walked towards the bar with my food one of the staff followed me and heard me speaking to one of the staff on reception. He then started trying to argue with me about the appalling service. I would rather drive to Blackpool to Dominoes than use this place again. Nothing but lazy obnoxious

Well worth a visit if staying at Ribby Hall, the Two for Tuesday is well worth doing. But is busy on a Tuesday because of this deal.Order to eat in (limited seating)Order to take outWe went on a Tuesday and it was busy but managed to get some seating. Little wait on food which is expected.The pizzas were amazing really tasty and cooked perfectly.You can’t go wrong here all my family’s food was excellent.Better than DominosThere is parking directly outsideWill visit again

A well located pizza place which we always visit after our Ribby Hall swim. It has a clean and well maintained seating area, the on display kitchen is always clean and the staff rapport is blindingly obvious as they work away together. Service is always first class with friendly staff. The food is always hot and the drinks are always chilled. The staff have good product knowledge and offer their recommendations and never rush you to order. Well done Papa Johns. Highly recommend.

We’ve had pizzas from papa johns a number of times since it opened & both pizzas & service has been consistent. We order online & usually collect & ready very quickly, even at peak times. Great vegan choice & delicious pizzas.

Ordered a pizza, overcharged (menu said £13.99 but was charged £14.70? No extras added!) I was advised 20 mins. 40 mins later (not busy btw) I go up to ask where my order is and its just sat on the side in the kitchen. All other orders were called out but mine wasn't for whatever reason and they could see I was sat directly across waiting so no chance of not hearing. Disappointing.
