This was my 7th visit to Ribby Hall, the first visit was 25 years ago. Once again we had an amazing holiday, our Pine Lodge was immaculate, everything you could possibly need throughout out stay, we even received a Welcome gift of snacks and beer.Customer Service from everyone in the team was 1st class, nothing was too much trouble, was a bit confused reading the previous reviews from other holiday guests as we never encountered any issues whatsoever, would definitely recommend this Holiday Village and will look forward to booking again with you soon.

Depends what your looking for, we have 2 young children and they love this place. It's safe, clean and always something going on. The swimming pool is amazing and the children entertainment is great.

My wife booked the visit for the Christmas period first time there (and last) the bungalow was clean and tidy but very sparse and no Christmas feeling at all been to other places in the past were at least they made a effort a small tree ended up buying a few bits in the Spar shop, The site at night was very dark and very little room for people walking on the roads as there seemed to be constant stream of traffic, Christmas day arrived and my wife had pre-booked a Christmas dinner in the Wood land suite despite the good service by the staff the meal was not worth it very disappointed and hardly Christmas dinner in the traditional sense one carrot one parsip and a piece of stuffing so small ,no roast potatoes no Christmas pudding no after coffee two one bite mince pies the pudding I had was basically a swiss roll with ice cream all in all very very disappointing considering the vast amount paided, the whole village is expensive food wise except for the Hive which was excellent in value and quality so there you have it wouldn't go there again at all Christmas is a special time and this place didn't make it special

Overall very good, spacious rooms clean and tidy. Plenty to do and entertainment. Food very good and swimming was brilliant. Only one negative is the TV's like all places are abit obsolete, take a fire stick if you want to watch some TV at night time.

Owned a lodge here for many years. Ribby Hall is an excellent holiday retreat for us for short breaks regularly throughout the year.Sports Centre is brilliant for kids, or the quieter side for adults only is very relaxing.Harrisons Sports Bar we visit a lot, or spend time in the Hive for drinks & food.Terrazza is lovely for food and drinks too.So much to do here, and so much to go to locally, or travel but further out for days out.

A really good experience. Very enjoyable will go back. Santa trail excellent not very long but full of things to do. Particularly liked the santa. He spent a lot of time talking to the boys - no rush. Can recommend it.

Been here a few times around the Christmas period and the kids love it here. It's brilliant for young children and there is lots for them to do. And we will return next year.

Really great place to come with family. Loads of activities during the day and plenty on site to keep children occupied with multiple parks for different ages, swimming pool with slides. Minus 1 star because I really don't like the late check in and early check out time, it robs you of 2 days because who wants to hang around with a full car and use the facilities when you can't go back to your accommodation.

Wonderful place to visit. I haven't stayed here in the village for over 10 years and we stayed for the winter wonderland weekend. There's lots to do for the kids.We booked a few extra activities at a cost but only having 1 child it wasn't too bad however if we had more children it would be an expensive do. £25 per child for santa was expensive really but the kids do get to take a teddy elf home. The panto appealed to us was that also was an extra £12 each so we gave ut a miss and we noticed there was a lot of tickets available so maybe many other families thought this too, especially when it cost us £700 for the weekend. So this was the only draw back to the weekend really. The accommodation we stayed in was fisherman's reach number 8, and it was lovely overlooking the pond. It was lovely and clean and there was enough parking for 2 cars on our drive and very close to the entertainment. All the facilities were great and the staff very nice too. Would recommend. They also have the adults only spa hotel which is stunning. We've also stayed here before but its adults only. The spa is amazing! Definitely recommend this too.

Had a lovely evening for my daughters 40th birthday....everything was done well and the venue had laid the table out with our balloons and sprinkles ready for our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the food was excellent and just a mention to a young waiter called Jack, who made himself so available to our requirements and with a smile, customer service skills at their best.?

Essentially a holiday village with all the bells and whistles from leisure centre to horse riding and fishing. Well layed out and quite big.However... We had a birthday party for 15 and yes we booked quite early at 6pm.the staff were helpful by allowing us to drop a cake off and some balloons etc which they sorted for us. So, price to food ratio.. Not great I'm afraid. Don't get me wrong, I had the beef and it tasted amazing but the portion was tiny for £19! My son in law ordered the 8oz serloin steak which ended up being half fat and so had a lot the "meat" left over and for £30 that's very poor!If your looking for a nice quiet romantic meal I'd look elsewhere as its way to noisy. Even talking is difficult with all the kids running riot. I understand the policy is for parents to control their kids but be honest, what modern parents can be bothered or care? It would be nice if the management could explain to people they should respect other resteraruant users.Unfortunately I can't say I'll return even though we're fairly local but I can see the attraction to families staying on site. Parking is handy when you can find somewhere. It was bitter cold and we had 2 disabled drivers who struggle to find nearby spaces but again, the car parking is close by. We did all eventually get parked up. Not sure if there's a ramped access to the doors I'm sorry as we managed the step down OK.*Please note this review is for the Italian restaurant and does not reflect any other part of the village*.

Really impressed with it. We normally go centre parcs but decided to try this with having smaller children which we all thought was better. 4 adults 5 children loads of room in the cottage lovely and clean.
