My husband and I just spent a weekend here for my birthday and I can't possibly convey what a wonderful experience it was. When we booked, reception helped us schedule all the treatments and dinner so it would flow well and we'd have time to do everything we wanted. When we arrived to the room they had left a birthday card for me (SO THOUGHTFUL). The room itself was fabulous, as well as the spa. Dinner, oh my gosh, dinner was INCREDIBLE. Service was outstanding and the food was so good I had to stop myself from licking the plate! Overall, it was just the perfect weekend. Thank you to the wonderful staff, every single member we encountered was so kind and helpful.

Recently booked an overnight spa break for myself and my daughter. From the moment I booked it the customer service time were great. On arrival check in was done with no fuss and where advised what time our reservations were. The room was clean and bright with plenty of room. Our spa experience was amazing just what we needed. Both the evening meal and breakfast was superb and will definitely be returning! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is the second time I've had a stay over at the spa hotel. The food and service was exceptional. The room was fabulous and the spa and treatments wonderful. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. My only issue was the room fridge wasn't cold and if you are a coffee lover the coffee wasn't great at breakfast.

Booked in here for our 1st year anniversary after hearing lots of good things. I must say the rooms were nice, we enjoyed the spa on the first day despite it being a little overcrowded and I have to give credit, my wife has some bad allergies to certain cleaning products and the staff were very accommodating.Unfortunately the evening meal we had caused some issues. After two hours I was extremely unwell and was up till 3am with food poisoning. I've only ever had it once before in my life and this was the 2nd.The day after they advised me to speak with someone who deals with these issues who kept saying it can't be food poisoning as it doesn't come on that quickly but advised I get a test done, initally saying they could provide the test.Afterward he said I would need to get a doctors appointment. I called my docotrs immediately and the soonest I could get in was 3 days after. I spoke to the doctor and was informed there's only a short period of time to tell if it was food poisoning usually 24hours or a max of 48hours. As it was nearly 4days later the test came back with no results.The day before we ate I was totally fine and 2 days after once I drank lots of fluid I was getting back to normal.Unfortunately this ruined the anniversary weekend for us and was a shame as it came to nearly £450 for the night including our food.Could of been a place we returned to regularly but as it seemed they were very adamant on not taking any liability we won't be returning hence the two star review.

I have been to The Spa Hotel several times for treatments and spa days and enjoyed every one.My most recent visit was exceptional in that the treatments were particularly good. They were delivered by Isabella who was kind ,welcoming and professional. I must say the massage and facial were the best I have had so far. I hope Isabella is available next time I go!

I visited this hotel with my bestie for a relaxing overnight spa stay. Shout out to Leah who was an amazing therapist, the staff behind the bar outside and to Andrew, the hotel manager, all of whom were fantastic and made the experience enjoyable.The only negative point was that one member of staff managed to wind a few of the spa guests up by nagging people about how long they were in the hot tub for and how much alcohol they were drinking. I don't know her name, but she definitely seems like a Karen!
