My partner and I ordered a KFC takeaway for our family at the end of a busy day when we hadn’t got time to cook something before our 5th old daughter went to bed. We ordered through Uber Eats who delivered it… over half an hour late and stone cold! There was no way to contact Uber quickly to resolve the problem so we drove to the restaurant to ask for help to resolve the situation. At KFC the team leader couldn’t do enough to help. He explained that Uber had cancelled the order them reinstated it before collecting it late. He also called Uber using his own mobile and let us speak with them and we’re on hold for long periods. He offered us drinks whilst we waited for Uber to get back to us but they never did and so the team leader generously replaced our order with a fresh one at no cost to ourselves. Can’t speak highly enough of the guy, genuinely kind and respectful, complete opposite of Uber Eats.

After the brand opened up after lockdown they would only serve cars and motorbikes. So I rocked up last week on my motorbike and first no Comms from the order station. I waited, got nothing. Rode round to the window as was “greeted” with, “I can’t take your order at the window” when I explained I tried at the box I was met with “bikes don’t set it off. It’s only for cars. I can’t take your order”. Call me picky but if she’d have said, “would you like to come inside to place your order as this service is only for cars now” how much more likely would it be That I would consider spending money with this brand ever again? As it stands I’ll just say thanks for keeping one type of junk food off my list. Maybe I’ll lose a few pounds. Customer Service is not what you’ll get here. Reading other reviews only confirms that my experience wasn’t unlucky. It’s just a branch with really low standards.

just had to wait for two members of staff to have a fag break before they came back and put our orders together. over 15 minutes just 2 people ordering and waiting. should have stayed shut looking at the reviews

Part of the order for our meal was missing (sides) which was bad enough, but to make this visit worse, none of our food was hot. Soggy chips and lukewarm boneless chicken. It’s the first time we have been to KFC for a while and based on this experience I wouldn’t bother with this restaurant again. I can understand if the place was busy but it wasn’t, only 1 customer inside and 1 in the drive through. I wouldn’t risk missing food or food that has been cooked and stored for some time for £25. Take your money and go somewhere else for a meal that is complete and enjoyable.

Nothing worse then people leaving a the ‘ training lady behind the counter is offering out someone’s food for free ( he had just been eating it ..) worse service going can’t believe this women is representing your brand!!!

The service was quite quick this time. If you want to eat in the area is pleasant. The chicken wasn't bad but a bit too dry. They have changed the chips which used to be awful. Now they are less awful but still not worth eating. Should be a lot better overall.

Hi Food wasn’t warm, chicken was tough, chips looked like they’d been reheated 2 or 3 times. Only thing edible was the rice salad. We ended up leaving most of it and buying from another concession. Wouldn’t recommend.

Had a box meal, with corn. Chicken was good. Too much mayo on the burger for me. Coffee was excellent

This place is always a scruffy shambles - stressed staff ( due to constant service complaints) takes forever to get your food - however food is of ok normal standard when eventualy arrives

Best KFC ever I have a KFC closer to me but rather I travel a little farther for this place as the food and staff are all good would definitely recommend

Atrocious service. Waited 15 minutes then asked for a refund. Fast food?! I could cook a full English in that time. Absolute joke!:

KFC chicken is not what it used to be! And this branch is almost makes a mess of the order. Definitely requires training staff to meet better standard and so does the recipe.
