We found the food excellent quality and enjoyed it. The staff were lovely, especially the Italian waiter. I chose a free dessert due to downloading the app. A coiple of inches of toasted meringue on top of my biscoff sundae...yummm! Would have been £8.55 (??), so "thank you" TGI Fridays. The only problem we had was with prices, I'm afraid. We thought they were too high, unfortunately. Both food and drink. We enjoyed the food, but unsure if we'll return. We're 'empty nesters' now but discussed if we had the family alongside us in our visit that we'd almost need a mortgage! Few vegan/vegetarian options. I was limited in this being honest being a veggie. Music was very loud. Perhaps We're older, and it just wasn't for us.Vegetarian options: Limited. I wouldn't return. Usual vegan burger!

We went 23rd December, but dubious as my son has allergies but their website looked as though they take it seriously (as so many places don't we usually check reviews etc so not a wastes trip) we neednt have worries as soon as I mentioned the allergies we had another person come over to double check our order and ask if we wanted any substitutes. Really impressed with the professionlism and because of this we now have a new favorite restaurant! Keep up the good work TGIDietary restrictions: A great selection and allowance of substitutes meant an easy meal experienceKid-friendliness: Felt the staff made us all feel welcomed especially my son

A birthday treat for my husband, a last minute decision to go TGI Fridays and so glad we did. We walked in without booking, and considering its Christmas and a Saturday they were happy to seat us, 5 adults 3 babies. All staff are so attentive, and nice couldn't do more to be helpful. We didn't order starters as we'd never been before decided just to order mains, two adult cheese bugers with bacon fries, one adult chicken fingers, one extra cheesy burger, cajun chicken pasta, two kids chicken nugget meals and tiger fries, and a added treat 2 of the pigs in blankets. Waited about 25 mins, and considering it was heaving I was impressed. All the food was presented well,and looked appetising. The children's meals looked nice, and well portioned. I can honestly say well worth the trip over, yes expensive bill £143, considering other cheaper alternative restaurants, but it was so nice finding somewhere that was so good, not one complaint,and we was full by the end so didn't have a pudding. If u get the app you get offers there and then, we got free children's meal so took £12 off bill. Very happy indeed, will definitely return and definitely recommend.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and children's colouring.

Hollie and the awl fella sound…There was some confusion with which store our click on collect was to be collected from.We ended up at a store 20 miles away from the Birstall one (correct one)I rang them they said no problem couldn’t have been more helpful remade the food that had gone cold even tho was our mistake .Asking how far we were so I would be warm when we got there.Then even give us the spare food that had gone cold.Not the type of service you expect from a TGI. Or most resteraunts to be fair.I really hope they are valued by the company.Thanks guysSee you soon!

Visited for tea after a shopping trip around some of the shops. Having been several times pre-covid/Cost of living crisis Can't fault the staff and service. Table had a large patch servette stuck to it. Over priced and poorly cooked food. I ordered chicken fajitas. The chicken was overcooked, edges burnt, the vegetables to go with it undercooked. My partner ordered chilli chimichanga again overpriced for the portion size Not sure we'll rush back to TGI's anymore

Adel is a lovely Gent, full of character and nothing was ever to much for him. Absolute pleasure to be served by him. Needs to be recognised for his service and the joy he brought us as we ate as a family

They had a special menu for people with allergies, which was great for me as a coeliac. The manager took my order personally and made sure everything was safe for me. The food was delicious and came out fast. The staff also kept our drinks refilled throughout the meal. I would give this place a perfect score."
