The food was amazing!!! The staff are friendly and helpful and the steaks were cooked perfectly!!! Special shout out to the server Samantha who went above and beyond to ensure my husbands nut allergy was looked after. Dale the chef was fab!

Had a lovely build your own breakfast at this Harvester cooked by chef Will. Great service from Jessica who was friendly and professional throughout. This Harvester is a great place to catch up with friends as its not far from the M1.

Quick efficient service. Sam was conscientious very good with our choices. Dale cooked some awesome food. Great portions. Had a huge mixed grill. Exceeded my expectations

Manager was rude and some staff were walking around as if they were lost. We had to get our own cutlery and were also served after another family that had arrived 20 minutes after we ordered. And no draught beer at all as everything is now bottled. Will not be eating here again

Table wasn't ready and 3 different waitresses served us throughout the meal, so no consistency. They were all very pleasant. The salad bowl wasn't brought to us until just before the meal came. The refill glass was bought with no drink in it, So I had to get my first drink. My burger was Luke warm and was the wrong one. We had to seek out a waitress who all three were involved with a table elsewhere, it was sorted quite quickly. This time the food was hot. Again we had to wait ages for a waitress for dessert. Not worth the £50 bill

Staff were helpful and polite. Service was fast and food was lovely. Really good that they had colouring/activity packs for our little one. Defo recommend! Lexi our waitress was very helpful and professional. And amazing with our little girl.

Love the new menu, the salad bar was well varied and well stocked. Service was prompt and was in and out within the hour for lunch.

Had a really nice meal with very good service’but was told certain things weren’t available which is fair enough as they were very busy and had probably ran out of certain items. Where the problem was with me is that when I ask for a mixed grill I was told that there wasn’t any gammon for the grill . Then was told to my dismay that I would still be charged the same price . So then I said just add a piece of sausage or chicken to make it up ‘ but was then told we’re not allowed to do that . I find this totally unacceptable and surely it would have been no trouble just to add an extra item . So I changed my meal . I also heard a couple on the next table say basically ( I’m not paying for something that I’ve not had ) . Not good customer service and would love to know the reasoning behind that one . Have been to other chains before with the same issue but have always been offered extra to make it up
Shannon looked after us really well. Very informative from the start, explaining if the kids didnt finish there meal they can have it in a 'take out' container. Shannon kept checking on us throughout our visit to see if everything was ok. My youngest is a bit fussy, and wanted a plain icecream with strawberry and chocolate sauce on for dessert, which wasnt on the menu, and this was no trouble at all to make it for him. All the team were very friendly from the moment walked through the door. The food was great and great value for money. We will be visiting again. ?
