Hi, I was on my way to collect my orders from to good to go app and both of them have been canceled one was 1h 30min befor and the other one less than 10min before colection. You guys just wasted my time and my fuel, at least you could cancel both at the same time 1h 30 min before. I would cancel myself but the app doesnt let you cancel 2h before collection. I only want to thank you for the piss take and customer service provided.

What a dirty place, table and chairs at the table reserved for our party were disgusting, old food over the chairs, had to wipe off sauce that was over the table, everything about the place just looks dirty. Food is not good by any stretch of the imagination.

On a Saturday night, when you expect it to be ridiculously busy, it is absurd that you have 4 members of front of house staff on, (1 supervisor, 1 bar staff and 2 waitresses.) Service was so bad. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks and in the end, I went up to ask why it was taking so long. When he finally came, he did indeed apologise for the delay but the glasses were disgusting. Food and pricing was pretty good but the service just ruined it completely.

Came here today with my husband and children. Really pleased to see a variety of vegan options on the menu. Kids had margarita pizzas with vegan cheese which they loved. My husband and I ordered the Nut Roast and it was served with lots of vegetables on the side. The nut roast was delicious, but we were very disappointed to be told there was no vegan friendly gravy.

Beth looked after us from the moment we entered and was the most friendly, helpful and attentive host we have experienced in any pub or restaurant to date. The food and drinks were tasty and the desserts went down a treat for us and definitely in the case of our two children. We thought the prices were very fair too for the quality and quantity of food. Highly recommend and will be coming back soon.

Questionable hygiene standards after witnessing a guy pull the leg from the carvery turkey, which the chef continued to serve to customers. He then handled utensils with his greasey, turkey covered hands! Great attitude considering we are at the tail end of a pandemic!

There is a huge breakfast buffet in the mornings where you can pretty much eat until you burst should you want. Loads of seating space for groups of friends to gather. Food was great. We noticed that if you stay there long enough breakfast becomes a carvery lunch but we were too full and had other stuff to do so didn't stay for lunch. However will be back. The car park for this pub is also the place folk park to take a wander into thringstone woods and it's well worth a wander to burn off the calories.

Absolutely Loved our Sunday roast here.Me and the family loved every bit of it, we were greeted by nice friendly welcoming staff and they even said goodbye upon leaving.Perfect

Yeah really nice pub good atmosphere very polite barmaid but the pizza’s that we ordered was extremely bland. Would definitely go back to try other veggie options of the menu just not the pizzas.
