Usually my go to kebab place but sadly today I received this raw chicken. I don’t usually review but have tried phoning up and didn’t get through and they email is a non monitored email address. Obviously very disappointed as it’s usually top notch.*edit* While appreciate getting a bad review isn’t great calling me a liar is just plain ridiculous. I’ve tried to contact you through Facebook messenger as well and can see you have read the message but have had no reply. It’s pathetic really. You have me raw chicken which is bad enough and I would normally sing you praises as I order here once a week. So no I didn’t review the wrong place you are just too lazy to investigate properly. Pathetic. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from you guys again.

Having placed an order through the App and having waited over an hour and forty minutes we rang the takeaway to chase it. Extremely unhlepful customer service asking for an order number that simply didn't exist and then saying there was nothing he could do to rectify the situation. Eventually had to drive down to the shop to show screenshots of order and payment!! Having used this takeaway number times before, I can honestly say I will never order for here again after the appalling service of the employee who answered the phone. Mistakes happen, but he was completley unwiling at all to try and rectify the sitaution. With there was a no star or minus star option!!!

Food is always spot on. Burgers are nice and a good variety off them. Pizzas are a cheap tasty alternative to your expensive dominos and Papa John's they don't taste as good but they are good. Chips are always soggy on takeaway due to them sweating in the box but it is what it is I suppose.

Tried to ring to complain last night and no answer on the phone.Wate of money as food went into the bin.Vegetarian options: Nothing to say here.

Avoid at all costs! Ordered a pizza which never turned up. When called they said had been delivered and then hung up and refused all calls and very rude. If you do happen to order I suggest pay on delivery and never online!

Absolutely horrible cheap food that is very over priced. The chicken was old soggy and pink and had a horrible smell. This place should be closed after the food I just put in my mouth. Wouldn't rate them a star. I dont know how anyone can be served food like this. Wouldn't even feed this to a dog. I hope they learn from there mistakes and better themselves or just close down. ????

Placed an order by phone for delivery. The person who took the call was polite and thoughtful, offering to pack the salad separately to keep the hot food hot and the salad fresh. The delivery was quickly and efficiently delivered right to our room in the Travelodge. Food was great. Can't fault it.
