I chose to order the pizza and collect. I left the house when the app showed my pizza as being baked. I arrived at the shop at 19:13 which then showed my order as ready to collect. I left the store at 19:34 as the pizza had not even been put in the oven at this point. I chose collection thinking it would be quicker and more convenient and instead may as well have gone to the shops buy the raw ingredients and produced my own pizza instead. No apologies from the staff in the shop who just said that they were busy tonight. Absolute joke of a shop and tracker. First pizza was cold by the time the second was cooked.Parking: The road outside the shop is blocked. And you can not stop on the main road adjacent to the shop. Your best bet if collecting is heading down Jackson Street and hope you can find parking.

Person on the phone could hardly speak English.. rang up again and said order online.. i said i am driving, no order online as i was driving. Pulled up to order.. CARD ONLY.. AFTER ALL THAT HASSLE.. sorry i went ibstock paid CASH...

The order arrived on time, but the potatoes they sent me were small. Most likely the driver ate them. 2-3 times a small portion of what it should be. I do not recommend to anyone.

Long waiting time in the rain, in front of the shop on a Saturday evening.Be ready to wait and most likely you need to have something before collecting the food.The concept of Fast food doesn’t apply for the Coalville shop on, and definitely not Saturday night.

I waited 40 minutes after the app showed that the pizza was delivered and it wasn't. then I waited again. until I called. the person there said he would be there soon. pizza arrived damaged!

Ordered last night. The order arrived with two out of three of the large dips missing so not ideal. Then the veggie supreme pizza came covered in pineapple, but no mushrooms? All of the pizzas were cold and the wedges were mushed up. Really disappointing. Two of the pizzas were also missing the small dips that are usually included in the box. I rang up and explained the issue but only got a refund for the dips. Will not order from Coalville Dominos again sadly.

Absolute shower of shockingness. Every time we order it’s ages to be delivered, always wrong and you get about 6 wedges because they “are running low”. This last order that’s just turned up with half missing will be my last as I would rather eat my own toe nails than deal with you lot. Staff are rude when telephoned to speak to them about with no apology and just putting phone down.My advice?? Don’t bother with Dominos Coalville.

The franchise/management should be totally ashamed at ruining such an incompetent business. Second time of ordering as previously delivery’s took an hour to arrive with lukewarm pizzas. Gave the benefit of doubt as operations can experience difficulties. Sadly another repeat with the same and feeble excuses. I am surprised Dominoes area managers have not stepped into rectifying on going issues with Doninoes Coalville. My advice to seniors. Do us all a favour and shut your doors until you can offer a respectful service worthy of the brand and save yourself these embarrassing reviews, more importantly ruining customer experiences.
Update: They have improved a lot of the past year or so. Edit from 1 star to 4.Always undercooked and dripping with fat. Dominos HQ should really investigate this restaurant!

Ordered a ham and pineapple pizza, with extra ham, what I got was ham & pineapple, without the pineapple, extra ham and soya wheat pepperoni (what ever that is) I called and said this wasn't what I ordered and they basically said tough, it's the order we received. why would I remove the pineapple (which is vegan) to add some fake pepperoni I never knew existed and keep the HAM which is obviously not vegan, make that make sense.

If I could give no stars I would ordered 2 pizzas separately at the same time 10-15 mins was stated on the confirmation got there after 10 mins so ok thought give them a little extra time after waiting for 30mins after order placed started asking where they were one done sat under lamps after 45 was told no order for other one even with screenshot of order confirmation asked for refund can't do that no till so come away with 1 now cold pizza and 10 down for pizza that not had absolute joke well never using them again other people in for collection all had a long wait for stuff that should have been done well before they arrived as giving extra time to do before collection

My husband ordered a large pizza online for delivery, we have used domino's for years but tonight was beyond disappointing. He ordered a ham and pineapple pizza with extra ham but what arrived was a ham pizza with extra ham, no pineapple and soya wheat pepperoni. This was not what he ordered and when he called the store the member of staff he spoke to was not only rude but was unhelpful and basically said tough that was what was ordered so that's what he got! The manager also refused to do anything about it. We know what we ordered, my husband doesn't even like pepperoni and would never order soya wheat pepperoni, he is not vegan and why on earth would anyone order extra ham and vegan pepperoni?!! Disgusting service, we will not be using domino's again!!
