Gone down hill since change of staff, have noticed on multiple occasions that they usually Shut early (Sometimes half an hour before) despite online saying they are still open, Offers not honoured despite being a store taking part online, & most of the Staff aren't helpful/ Can't understand you or Hear You for some reason & then they make mistakes with your sandwich or price at the end, Will be trying our best to avoid in the future

Walked in, lady serving and a male employee in subway uniform watching videos on his phone at a table. All the tables dirty with crumbs and food remnants barr one. Toilets out of order. Sandwich mediocre, pressed flat for some reason which I didn't ask for. Never again,

The atmosphere in this subway is horrible. We sat in silence once the queue had gone, no music or chatter. The meat options were rubbish, whats happened to teriyaki chicken?! Toilets out of order. Wasn't asked if I was eating in or out, if we wanted drinks or extras. Such a shame, used to be a lovely subway but too focused on deliveries now. Bring back cosy lounge chairs aswell, unless you don't want people to eat in?

This Subway has gone down hill since it's been taken over. They used to be really friendly but since the takeover they've gotten rid of the old staff and replaced them with others that aren't as good.They make up any excuse not to use vouchers even when the vouchers are clearly valid and the website states that they're participating.

We had a vouchers for a free footlong. The voucher was in date and we checked the Subway website to make sure the store was participating in the offer (which it was), and yet the store refused to accept it.The first worker we spoke to just said no, then turned away from us to answer a seemingly unrelated call on his mobile. The second worker said they couldn't accept the voucher because the manager wasn't working, then called the manager who apparently just said no.The third worker said that we needed to bring in the entire booklet, despite the booklet not being store specific and instructing that you only need to cut out the voucher.This was an unpleasant and confrontational experience, all for the sake one one free sandwich. We took our custom elsewhere and won't be returning.
