Had some fish and chips a couple of weeks ago. Chips were nice but the fish was very dry. It was like it had been sat there for hours but we only went in half an hour after they had opened.My partner and I ended up feeling very ill that night and the next day and since that was the only thing we had both eaten we can only put it down to the fish and chips.Will not be going back for a while.
Generally good. Nice chips, nice gravy, nice pies and kebabs. All hot and well cooked. Portion size varies depending on who is serving.

Wow!!!! Large fish and chips.....I was in heaven!!!! Crispy chips and fresh battered fish.....very tasty and just perfect. I even had ketchup as well as salt and vinegar. Also served by a man happy with life...a real joy to go there and I'm going there again next time I'm up that way....thanks Watson's!!!!!!
