Atrocious experience today. Stopped to rectify tyre pressure issue on way to work, as a key worker during Covid-19 pandemic. Discovered tyre wouldn't inflate and needed changing to the spare. As a lone female I was struggling to undo the wheel nuts. Asked a member of staff to help. He blatantly refused apparently "can't help you have to call the AA." Eventually rectified the problem with my 72 year old father coming to help.On leaving the site there were 3 Male employees standing doing nothing in the garage shop. Not one of them had the decency to help and get me moving and back to work on the front line.Totally disgusted and will never use this garage again.

Ridiculous Service at night... wanted to buy a coffee and been told that ‘ shell doesn’t sell coffee at night ‘ very f******* funny as I’ve bought a coffee there at night number of times it’s just this lazy c*** wanting to earn money and do sh**!! Every other shell garage serve you at anytime of the day or night, maybe won’t let you in but at least can serve you anything you want. The other funny thing is the guy that ‘ served ‘ me is also working at BP garage at Groby Road near Fosse road at different shifts!

With regards to the premium fuels on offer from this garage, objectively/statistically premium fuels only give you a very small advantage when it comes to efficiency, performance & looking after your engine in general.
Many cars/drivers will not benefit at all.
It does depend on the car you drive, the way you drive it and the kind of journeys you make however the advantages no where near justify the added expense if you look at the science.
It annoys me when I see people wasting their hard earned cash filling up their cars with premium fuels. Companies like Shell cherry pick convenient subjective information and science to market their products and boost their profits.
I have a Chemistry degree and I am half way through a PhD post grad so I assume I'm qualified to write this.

The worst rude staff ever just cant see the pump number and they treat you like its a crime !!!Dont use there overpriced fuel and dont acept there rude staff .. Only in business because they have a monopoly on that road !!no stars if I could ...
