We’ve driven past here many a time being fairly local but took the opportunity to dine here by chance one recent Saturday evening. The restaurant is housed in a former public house in the centre of the village with easy free parking nearby. When we entered, the staff were friendly and the food which came within normal wait times, absolutely delicious. Overall the meal was reasonably priced and we shall be using it again. A nice little find.

We ordered Tarka Dal and Karahi Paneer as mains with Roti. Everything was tasty and well presented. The taste was authentic and not too spicy. The ambience was also nice and good service. Visited here for the first time with two work colleagues on a Wednesday evening and it was very quiet, so not much of an atmosphere. Nevertheless, the greeting was friendly and the service was attentive.Most importantly, the food was very good; well spiced and nicely presented. All three of us enjoyed our different dishes. Would recommend and definitely return.

A friendly welcome from courteous and knowledgeable staff , but , the food speaks for itself ... I asked the waiter for a recommendation and was not disappointed, the food was really exceptional.... I have eaten in many Indian restaurants and this one has to be on the podium. Very happy , can't fault it. ?
