Had a lovely meal can’t be faulted. Stopping at kegworth conference centre we walked there but started to rain as we were about to leave, the lovely lady behind the bar when asked if we could order a taxi offered to take us back and would not take any payment, it is so nice to see someone theses days be so kind and thoughtful.Absolutely wonderful ?

From the start he staff are lovely and attentive. I got the salad with chicken and the flavours were amazingly balanced and bright and the lamb and pitta was said to be very good. Definitely worth a trip!

Lovely pub by the river and have been a couple of times before. Food on both times has been great, big portions and it definitely feels like you are getting your moneys worth!Parking: Disabled and non-disabled parking spaces at the pub. It was busy when I went but managed to get a space.

Absolutely disgusted. We went to The Otter in Kegworth for my 66th birthday and had meals from the Lunch Menu at £22.95 each. The food and service were good as always and my wife paid the bill using a loyalty offer. I thought the bill was higher than it should have been and sure enough, we had been charged individually from the main menu and £10 was deducted for the voucher... BUT this meant we were worse off than if we had not used the voucher. Really took the shine off what should have been a meal to celebrate my birthday. It should have been made clear to us that it would cost us more if we used the voucher as well as the Lunch menu offer... Shady practice at the very least. Very disappointed indeed.

Love this place. Really great service and food was delicious.I think the prices are a bit on the high side for what it is. However, we had a voucher for a discount so it was more reasonable.The only negative is that they include a service charge, which they do not tell you upon presenting the bill.I don't personally like that, but once you know, you can remove it if desired and pay separately.
