The rice were not properly cooked. They give a very small portion size, and when we mentioned this, the server called his "supervisor."What I can only describe as an ugly attitude and a face to match came towards us and lied how they can only give a certain amount of chicken. Her makeup quantity offended me as it was heavier than the portion sizes available.Please avoid this place and the T-rex that works here

Just visited this place and the customer service was horrible, the portion sizes were shocking as they completed overload the box with noodles or rice and only add a few bits of chicken pieces ontop which they charged me over £8. Not worth it at all!! I asked the employee there to take out some noodles and add extra toppings as he literally only put 3 small pieces of chicken ontop of the noodles. Noodles tasted burnt and overcooked. Will not be going back to this shop ever! Dreadful experience!

I had sweet and sour chicken last weekend from an unfriendly staff. Ending up with food poisoning for Last 3 days.I also viewed other comments on the the quality of food and the quantity of the chicken they serve and the attitude of their staff. Every thing changed recently.Horrible experience.I would not recommend to anyone to go near this unhealthy food and unfriendly staff

First impressions looked good so we decided to get Chinese over usual fast food. However whilst queuing it was difficult to understand what you could get in a box. When we asked, the lady behind the counter was rude and looked like the last place she wanted to be working was there. Box didn't include a side and the sides were not clearly marked as separate from what you could get in a box (poor signage on the store front in general). They advertised an app which we had downloaded however when we got to the till they didn't even do the app. Overall really disappointed. Food was average.

It’s my second negative review for this chain unfortunately. The food is great but they do not honour their own app. So there is a sign saying we don’t take the app yet all the staff are wearing T-shirts with big qr code at the back to not forget to scan the app. What’s going on Chopstix?!? You are pushing away with those things.

Very stingy when it come to potion sizes. I have ordered from them multiple times through takeaway. I ordered extra food for toppings they then decided took it upon themselves to give me a small amount of rice for my meal when in the past they would compensate me with the small toppings for extra rice. Then when I order separate extra topping the decrease the amount rice. VERY GREEDY. When I have phones customer service have had a terrible attitude will ordering from them again.
