What a terrible experience. No hot food, they had no change when I gave them a tenner, awful tasting coffee, and they run via policy I was told, so they don't allow people in need to use the toilet. Not a way to run a business. Won't be going back.

The atmosphere and service was lovely but my iced vanilla latte was not the best if I’m being honest. It needed much more ice and the vanilla syrup was way too strong and overpowering. I would go there again but I would order something else :)

Very poor food on Saturday. New menu is not good . One sliced warm croissant with very cold avocado on one side .2 cherry tomatoes and cost £5.50 .Not very nice but very expensive.Vegetarian options: Ok, can’t say more .

Best coffee shop in Leicester!! Absolutely incredible coffee (I had a pumpkin spice latte with coconut milk), and the food was delicious (I had maple bacon pancakes), the atmosphere was really lovely and was a great way to spend my afternoon. Lovely staff, each one so caring and welcoming. The whole coffee shop has been renovated and is under new management and now looks incredible! Both upstairs and downstairs seating looks fantastic, spacious and clean. Music in the background was very calm and nice. Along with all that, love the fact they are raising money for open hands, a local charity. My favourite coffee shop in Leicester! Definitely worth the visit!Dietary restrictions: Had a wide range of alternative milks for those in need of dairy free milk!

Cosy spot for amazing flat whites (the best in Leicester and one of the best I’ve ever had overall). These guys really know what they’re doing when it comes to coffee and it shows. If you’re in town, you absolutely must try it.

Excellent selection of vegan cakes that are so tasty! Various plant-based milk alternatives are available at no additional cost. Great coffee, cake, staff, and ambience…and it helps support Open Hands, a local charity. Recommend stopping off for a coffee here and you won’t be disappointed.

First time here & it was very good. The coffee was very good, they use St. Martins coffee here.I had a mozzarella & pesto toasted sandwich, as did my friend which we both really enjoyed. Another friend had the tomatoe soup & grilled cheese sandwich and she said that it was lovely.I will definitely go back!

Very lovely and peaceful place. I ordered only coffee latte but we have 2 coffees to choose, sweet or stronger one. I took sweet one and was very tasty even without any sugar.Music there was so calm and all I felt like in American movies with all of this. Only what you could add is patterns on coffee to make it looks betterReally recommend
