This is the only Indian restaurant I will go food spot on you can see your food being cooked the most friendliest staff can not fault anything I love it

We had a take away tonight and we can only say 100% fantastic great tasting food great take away service This was a family meal four adults one whom is a vegetarian all food was spot on

Ordered through just eat. Despite the delay I received and despite just eat saying it had been delivered when it hadn't, my food arrived piping hot and tasted wonderful. The gentleman who answered the phone to me was helpful enough, letting me know where the driver was seen as just eat was taking its time to update its self with where my food was at. May just become my second favourite India takeaway place, seen as my first favourite is out of reach. Thank you.

never ever again...i was warned the food was rank..but it weren't.. it was greasiest most tasteless trash that's ever met my bin..the prat behind the phone seemed amused...starving is a much wiser choice

Poor quality service. Ordered at 8:30pm on a thursday night. By 10pm there was no sign of the food so we called to see where it was and were told it would be another 30 minutes because they hadnt seen the order (we ordered online). Which would mean we wouldnt have had food for at least 2 hours after we d ordered - most likely longer as i doubt it would have been out in another 30 minutes. This isnt the first time theyve done this and they never apologise. In addition to this we ve had food on other occasions that wasnt properly cooked - including meat so we were both ill afterwards. Now have the aggrevation of getting a refund, fortunetly I ordered using paypal.

I would recommend Anika,food is always nice and hot ordered from anika for a long time. I would like to give recognition to the delivery driver zain who always takes time to ask me how I am such a polite man. Thankyou

Worst experience I've had in a long time from Indian restaurant. Avoid at all costs and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Delivery time was appalling, food arrived very cold, chicken was rubbery and sauces crushed in bag all over food. Packaging was not done properly. Owner didn't want to resolve anything so I have to decided to post my experience today.

Ordered food del 45-55mins 70mins later I ring to be told its on its way. 85-90mins later I ring back to be told owner is delivering. Food finally arrives and its cold. We rang and informed them our food is now cold. For them to reply with you ordered through Just Eat sort it yourself. Bearing in mind it was the OWNER who delivered no free poppadoms nor drink considering we spent over £60. Loved eating from here but after tonight no way am I ordering again.

I previously reviewed Anika at 5 stars but I've downgraded that to 1 star after tonight. Food was over an hour late, 2 & half hours from ordering to final delivery, the food was cold and I'm pretty sure I was lied to when I called to query where my order was .. Will not be using Anika again purely because of the lies... I've requested a full refund through Just-Eat..I only ever use this takeaway for Indian food. It's always exceptional, always fresh and hot and always tastes good. I wouldn't use any other takeaway unless we move ?
