Food was not good. Shawarma was dry and very stale. Wings were not cooked properly. All food was very salty. Service was very bad, had to wait ages for the bill. Bad stomach the next day. Glasses provided for water were dirty.Will not recommend this place.

Visited on a Saturday before attending the theatre. Absolutely delicious food. One of the best Turkish meals we’ve had. Chicken skewers were succulent and tasty. Homemade lemonade was also tasty. Quick service and highly recommend.

We have ordered a delivery trough Uber eats we had ordered 2 salmon and lamb qouzi.We had got a call from a waitress working over there I swear to god I have never seen more rude service she has been so rude and tried to tell us how our order will come and she pretended she could not hear us when we told her that we are not happy with the changes she is making . We have asked to speak with a Kurdish person in there as we thought she is playing up and she was ! however when we asked to speak with a Kurdish person she have been talking to her colleagues and we could hear us she said that we are stupid and we don’t understand what she is saying than that Kurdish person would have taken the phone. very disappointing! If you have restaurant make sure your customers are treated right. We have got a burned fish and old lamb qozi terible experience! Will never order from you again and we will make sure to spread the word. If the owner read this take care mate you will close soon !

unfortunately service was rabish ! i haven't got my lentil soup so when i asked for they charged me anyway ! they give you a little rice and the chiken inside was cold and the salad was plenty onion however Not good at all !

Aroma used to be excellent at one point, and I used to love going there. The last two visits have been poor though. The service has dropped completely and the staff are just miserable now. The food is brilliant but the service and atmosphere lets its down. Won't be going there for a while!

Top tier food and service, ordered a simple chicken shawarma with chips and naan and the food came within 5 minutes. Olives and garlic dip came on the house.
We have been to Aroma Restaurant with the family today and the grilled food and starters were very delicious and the service was excellent and the boss Omar was very kind and very welcomingI will visit again at the earliest opportunityKid-friendliness: The restaurant accommodate the kids and they were quite happy

The place is a little noisy and the music sometimes is loud. Though the food's quality and freshness from the stove is admirable.They had to incease the prices of the food, not their fault - everything is more expensive these days. A great place to go to with your family, if you want to feed your kids quality and not too expensive food.

I ordered from UberEats to pick up in store and the staff did not serve me on collection and refused to give me my food. Clearly racism still exist at this store.
