Came to collect a damaged item. Was wrapped as fragile but with zero protection. Wasted journey. One staff member on customer services at peak time is not enough.

In a rush on a Sunday, saw that the store was open until 5: 00pm, arrived at 3.45 pm and went straight to the pizza counter to place an order. There was somebody making pizzas but the terminals were switched off.I asked the member of staff how could I order one.She told me I couldn't as they were now shut, as they had to clean up.Nowhere on your store web site does it say this is the case.I could understand it if 0mins before shutting, but there was and hour and quarter to go.In my job if I told my manager that with an hour quarter to go I as closing down my work station to clean it I would be in a disciplinary meeting te next day.It might sound petty and trivial but why offer the service and not deliver.

Product placement disoriented, only 4 checkouts open for a store this size is unacceptable.

I was chosen for a security check at scan & go.I am a sufferer of ADHD & severe depression, the colleague at Asda Fosse Park failed to recognise the badge on my jacket to help recognise I have ADHD.I was in a sense of panick whilst the check started, the staff member was on the defensive against me the entire period, couldn't even have a humanly conversation whilst the process was taking place of my shopping nor.cpuld they politely explain the reason for this process. They have fully discriminated the ADHD society, and was under the impression I was being rude to the staff member when this is my normal behaviour which cannot be controlled. She told me several times not to panic and didn't give the chance to me so I can express why I am like this. Eventually security was called on me for no reason and she refused to serve me.Their badge name was not clearly visible, rubbed off and also refused to give me their name.I really appreciate that Asda has not trained their staff members what signs to look out for when dealing with customers, my badge was blatant and she failed to recognise my sufferings and the reason why I am always on edge and panicking in such situations around people.Thank you Asda for the poorest service I have ever received, made me feel even worse disregarding my position.Best regards

Store is fine but slow customer services area, not enough staff to assist.Litter outside of this store is terrible also, it's disgusting, it should be regularly cleaned up as it's blowing everywhere all around the car park in the bushes and surrounding area.

I recently visited the Asda Superstore and had a mixed experience. While the majority of the staff provided excellent service, I encountered some challenges at the counter. The older employee, whom I believe is of Asian descent, appeared somewhat rude during our interaction. It would be great if the staff could consistently maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Just back from shopping at Asda Fosse Park where shelf prices were changed between my arrival and getting to the checkout resulting in my being charged more than £7 extra. This is not the first time. Why are prices changed whilst people are shopping on a busy morning/ lunch time? It's not like the store doesn't open late and could do it then. I was shown a photo of the shelf with the new prices by a member of the service staff....yet when I have produced a photo of the shelf price "we can't accept that".

Poor dates, poor staff attention and I’ve had better experiences in public toilets in the city centre. 7.30am and the toilet smell was unbearable and the state of the cleanliness was absolutely shocking!

I can't believe how this store has gone downhill, people everywhere and only six tills open with a massive que leading to the scan area..And then being asked to show my receipt and having my bags checked. Will not be returning to this store. sort it out ASDA.

I have shopped at Asda Fosse park since it opened and I have to say its got worse as others have said shelves empty very short dates on products product rotation is not being done correctly date checks are not being done correctly as found quite a few problems with out of date stock keep moving shelves around cannot find anything this I know is done so you have to stay in store longer to look so you buy more !!! And Asda rewards complete waste of time will be moving to Tesco from now on

Asda Fosspark cafe is disgusting there no tables that are cleaned and the Asda rewards are not scanning they said that are scanner is not working so we can not get are rewards here today so I don't think I will not be back in here again until they have sorted this out it should be closed down until they have sorted it they should be a cleaner here on site to to make sure every where is clean and tidy and the floor and the toilets should be cleaned in a regularly time frame out the day not just cleaned after the store is closed at the end of the day this needs to be done ASAP

Great selection of products to choose from. Very friendly staff to assist you in your purchase. Ample parking on site but can become busy at peak times.
