Usually can get most of what I need, can vary each visit-sometimes more than a few items my shop is unavailable with no close substitutes. Really depends on time visiting. Main issue is shop floor staff collecting 'Online Asda Orders', they prioritise themselves over you - don't move, lean over or around you and never ever smile or apologise if they cut you up.

Newsflash you can't buy a bottle of water in asda unless you buy 6 what a stupid policy asked two members of staff and still left without a bottle of water prices ridiculous aswell come back Walmart all is forgiven new boss is daft

It seems a shame how this store has gone down hill rapidly!!!! Considering it use to have separate George desk, Home & Leisure, Customer service , and Photo kiosk at the front of the store.It's an Absolute shambles now Not up to standards by any means.Close it..Revamp it and make it worth visiting again !

We visited Asda this morning (17/1) and it was as cold inside the store as it was outside. Very unpleasant situation to shop in. The staff were also extremely cold inspite of wearing gloves and scarves. I will not visit the store again, in the near future.

The staff at Asda Superstore Thurmaston are extremely helpful and polite. We have been going to this store for nearly 15 years and we have never been disappointed. The prices have always been at a cheap price and have been at a 5 Star Quality. Food, Clothes and Home items are outstanding with price and quality.

Unsure if it's a supermarket or an ICU with the amount of constant beeping and alarms that no staff seem to care about. Left with a massive headache

Rubbish customer service from the pharmacist. Refused to serve me as I didn’t “look” like I have a cough when I asked for medication asked me what my intention was for it then goes to the manager of the pharmacy and says we can’t serve you because the manager said no. What does someone need to do to get over the counter medication? Clearly look like they’re bed bound before they can even be served. Rubbish service.

Amazing staff very friendly and helpful, 5 stars for them! but lack of bags at checkout too many times, poor choice and stock for a lot of items, it seems to have a very average selection in this particular store compared to others but I will say the workers here are much friendlier
Honestly what an awful customer service. No people in the desk. New system to return clothes, colleague with horrible attitude. So annoying ??? zero respect for the customer. I'm happy we don't shop at asda very often.

Fantastic supermarket! They Always have in stock the items we want. And 5* to the purchasing department for having the knowledge/experience of stocking items customers want. Bravo ??

One 1 checkout open for the superstore 9 closed. Long cue down isles. Customers complaining. Were are the management?? I recommend going asda fosse park not Thurmaston.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES!!Minimum or nil stock on shelves with high prices. At 5.30pm on a Friday evening they only had 1 queueing checkout open. I pushed my trolley aside & left. I also witnessed a family of 4 with 2 trolleys using the scan system but when they got to scam atea, it crashed & they were told they'd have to go through the self several or re scan 1.5 trollies. They tood daughter out trolley & left the store for TESCO.Find management that know how to run a store!!TESCO for me from now on even though I live very close by !!!
