The spicy chicken wings I ordered for my son were all pink inside you could see the blood .. my son had terrible stomach ache he didn’t notice right away due to his age until I looked it’s unacceptable.. then I was put off my chicken meal .

Great food, best half chicken in town hands down, forget nandos, v nice interior, good prices, top marks just not sure about the plastic forks when dine in, they break...ordered wings they were deffo pre cooked..cmon guys wings cook quick cook it fresh

Absolute dumpFood was charged and never came.People on the phone were rude and sounded like they were brought up in a zooHad to go through just eat to get refund and even then they tried to dispute it.Strongly advise people not to order from here!Why would I change my order address you strange little man. Clearly a scam. And why would you not call the associated number on the account to verify this was a real request.Absolute loser, if your desperate for 35 quid, could try earning it genuinely rather then ripping people off.Happy to pop by your store and discuss in person.

This must be the best Mongolian restaurant in Leicester, the food is delicious, we requested No chillies & they got the dishes perfect. Generous portions, you must try the coleslaw it’s rich tasty & leaves you wanting more. Eat here with confidence

Was looking forward to eat at this place so visited yesterday with family and ordered 1 family meal deal. Went upstairs and the tables were not cleaned. The guy comes with food within 5 minutes and keeps it on the table which has leftover food and not cleared or cleaned. We asked him to clear the table so we can sit and eat. He was not a happy worker as got annoyed and cleaned the table. We all seat and started with the wings which were cold, I then took a piece of chicken and that was cold aswell. The food come in 5 minutes so it was sitting to be served and was not fresh. This is my second let down experience at this place. I complained to the owner and he was not a person with gesture to offer any compensation towards offering a hot meal replacement or refund the money. Typical mentality of ignorance and just giving big talks rather then being able to deal and resolving the matter as a business owner. I will not be visiting this place as spoilt my one evening meal which I look forward to with my family. No humanity at all. Very disappointed you may be running a business for years but it does not mean you ignore the consistency of your food and service. You can come down in years if you don't keep your customers happy !!!!! Please read the below reviews from other customers and they have had the same experience as I have so its true. On some reviews the management has not even responded with a comment as not bothered to compensate shame.

Food was nice but not sure about pricing. Veggie burger (cooked pattie from freezer) for £7 (not a meal)??!! Same price as a chicken burger. See pic for latest prices. I went down based on prices online but was told they've increased, about £2 extra per burger! Grilled chicken burger and sweet potato fries were nice.

Good place for grilled and BBQ food. Seating available upstairs and a separate family area on top floor with two booths. Prices are reasonable. Food brought to the table by server but needs reminding otherwise they may forget to bring all the food to the table. Overall, a good place to eat or takeaway. Parking on side streets for free.

Just had my food delivered, one of the worst foods ever , chicken was burnt with tick sticky nasty chilli sauce and tasted of gasoline, indicating poor hygiene. I am utterly disappointed , I will never order again.
