I ordered a bespoke ice cream cake from this branch.The staff members Vee and Raminas were extremely helpful and talked me through the process. Vee sent me photos and advised on the design. Raminas went above and beyond by allowing me to collect the cake at a convenient time.We really enjoyed the cake, it was delicious and well made. This branch and staff are an asset to Baskin Robins and I would recommend their ice-cream

Terrible.My wife contacted the branch on Friday to enquire about buying a cake for a birthday on Monday evening, 18th Dec. This was after having had an email go unanswered for 2 weeks prior. She was told that for her needs, it would be best to arrive by opening on Monday 18th Dec, with opening being stated on the phone (and online) as 4pm.My wife arrived at 4pm having also collected and travelled with our 3 kids (5,3 and 1) for 45 mins to do so.The shop was closed, locked up. No lights on, closed sign showing and no response to constant knocking on door until 4.15pm.During this time, she tried calling the number listed online on their page - a message said ‘this number is not recognised’.She then found a mobile number listed for it from the Google listing. This number rang out to a message saying the call cannot be taken right now.After 20 mins of this and 3 upset kids, she had to return home, this time for close to an hour due to rush hour.Birthday cake plan ruined. Kids very upset.To make it worse, my wife called this evening to check if they were even open at all and to feedback on what happened, only to be insistently told they were open, thereby inferring her to be lying. This is very insulting.Terrible service. Not even sure about their trading status given the lack of actual ability to contact them via email or business number.

Your online ordering on Deliveroo should allow for customers to select the same flavour ice cream twice if they wish to.

Good taste .staff friendly.even u ask 15 questions not stressed. Scooping is brilliant not under scoop .should give free cream on ice cream since in middle east like Saudi dubai or oman they don't charge for cream and cherry until unless you ask for extra .

Ice -Cream so nice and I would say the best in Leicestershire.My only issue with this branch...London Rd Le2 leicester is the FRONT MAIN DOOR.the door is too heavy to open and close....it needs force and holding ice cream it's not easy also not good for elderly.Is it possible for you to have the door looked at and given a mechanical makeover which will I am sure resolve this issue
