Absolutely terrible customer service. Accepted the order despite being in no position to fulfil it.Food arrived after 2 hours, cold, and one of the kebabs was wrong. Rather than calling to explain they just kept putting the delivery time back and wrote "sorry had no mixed shish" on one of the kebabs.Called to complain and was told to hold the line, they hung up on me, every attempt to call back was ignored. Drove up there and sat outside the shop and called and watched them ignore the phone.Returned the incorrect kebab and explained that the other food was accurate but cold and took 2 hours to arrive and requested a refund. Was told yes and then received another call to explain they could apparently only refund half of the order as I only returned one kebab.Was offered free food next order but there will be no next order. Dreadful business.

Placed a simple fish and chips order which never came. Waited 30 mins altogether, still no food, we were in the shop so no excuse with delivery drivers. So strange, staff wouldn't tell us what was going on! Requested refund (took 3 requests) then left to go elsewhere. Won't go back.

Horrendous customer service, ordered with just eat. After 2 hours called the restaurant and they said 10 more minutes. 35 minutes later called again to be told it was another 10 minutes. Just had cheeseburger and chips, it was horrible. Poor excuse for a burger, it was deep fried then smothered in garlic mayo, with loads of green stuff with mint in, and 3 whole small green peppers, no normal salad at all. Came with about 10 chips. Won't be going here again, is was

On my first visit to Beacon Fish Bar, I was disappointed with the service. Despite being a takeaway place, there was a complete lack of basic greetings, smiles, or even eye contact. With two people in front of me, I was unsure whether to place my order or wait. Since no one acknowledged me, I decided to wait. However, the situation became even more confusing as more people entered the shop. Some went straight to the till area, leaving me to assume they had ordered online or over the phone.After waiting for a whole 15 minutes, the person behind the till finally looked at me without a smile and asked what I wanted. I placed my order and paid, but there was no indication of how long I had to wait. I had to position myself back in the queue without any guidance. Another 15 minutes passed before I received my order. This whole experience felt awkward and rude.Although the food itself was good, I don't think I will be returning to Beacon Fish Bar. While I didn't expect a lengthy conversation, a simple hello and thank you are essential for a pleasant customer experience.It's worth noting that there is some free parking available on the road, but it can get quite busy due to another food place and a shop nearby.

If I could have given a no star I would absolutely disgusting my food was cold I paid 10.65 for doner on nann had about an ounce of cold meat nan was freezing and I collected and live 3 mins away never again .....

Used to get a quality kebab and chips! But since the new girl started on the kebabs and salad, the portions have been halved! Used to be the best place to have that full up feeling, but no more!Will update my review when portions return to normal.

This place used to be really good but gone down hill. They have put the prices up and made the portions smaller always in consistent with portion sizes especially the chips.Black and stale chips probably a day old, burnt doner which was chewy and disgusting naan was soaked in doner juice (fat) which was sickening asked for salad just lettuce and onions and the guy was counting the strands of lettuce he was putting on my kebab which there was hardly any was the same a month ago thought id give it another try but still the same. I think its time to find a decent kebab shop. Avoid unless u want to be disappointed.
