Lovely little place, hidden within the city centre. Sunday Lunch was amazing and plenty of it. Would deffo go again.Parking: Not many parking spots immediately close by, however there are multi story car parks available within a 5 min walk.Kid-friendliness: Plenty o space for families and plenty of families there who appeared to be very welcome

Beautifully decorated interior ,menu a little limited especially for vegetarians ,but my goats cheese starter and sea Bass was beautifully cooked and presented.meal for 5 was £190 with service charge included .

Brilliant! Super friendly and attentive waiting staff and the restaurant beautiful, very atmospheric. I had the steak, cooked beautifully, and there was a great selection of drinks - especially tasty espresso martini! They made my birthday feel special - thanks!

Extremely unsafe for people with dietary restrictions. My friend with coeliac disease has been poisoned with gluten after having dinner there tonight. My friend has been throwing up all night after having a meal there. Very disappointed with their service - we specifically ordered gluten free options for her and yet there was still negligence from their part. This is highly unhygienic and an investigation should take place to look into this matter. I have also seen previous negative reviews about gluten intolerance negligence if you scroll down. This is a health and safety concern.

Great experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Harry the bar manager and the friendly staff. The venue and atmosphere was great. Harry went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, recommending unique cocktails, spirits and wine pairings. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set this bar apart. Very reasonably priced too! I'll definitely be returning when next in Leicester.

We had a fantastic Sunday lunch, food was amazing and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. The only fault I have that the restaurant itself was cold and could really do with turning the heating up, other than that it was fabulous!

We took advantage of a 50% off deal which we had seen advertised and we were not disappointed. The venue is beautiful the service is friendly and down to earth and the food was absolutely divine. Best sirloin we've ever had and the variety of unusual sides were hard to choose between. Cannot recommend the cheese fritters enough!! We will happily pay full price on our next visit.

Don't really write TripAdvisor reviews unless the experience was either terrible or fab. Fortunately, Black Iron Social falls into the latter category. We'd been once before for breakfast and were impressed so wanted to come back for Sunday lunch. We were not disappointed The beef was just amazing and everything else was top notch. My wife had the chicken and it was perfectly cooked. Particularly enjoyed the Bacon & Sage Cauliflower Cheese side which was massive, and plenty enough for both my wife and I to enjoy. Value is immense at £14 for 2 courses, or £18 for 3. If there is a better Roast in the City Centre I'd love to try it!

The food was incredible however there is very limited options for vegetarians. The deep fried cauliflower was very delicious and something completely new! The wine selection was nice and large glasses. The atmosphere was good too.
