My visit to Bluepoint Leicester today was absolutely awesome! I decided to go all-in and ordered their half pounder burger, chips, and wings, and boy, was I in for a treat. The food was cooked to perfection, and every bite was bursting with flavour, let's not forget the homemade chilli sauce – it was not only delicious but added an extra kick of flavour to my meal. I have to say, Bluepoint Leicester is not just a great place for a good value meal; it's a hidden gem in Leicester. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the place was really clean, which added to the positive experience. I'll definitely be back – this place is a must-visit for tasty food at great value!Parking: Parking across the street is only 40p per hour.Kid-friendliness: Seating is available and the place is very cosy and clean.

One of the best kebab places around. Fresh and always arrives within the time given. Only minor issue I've had is the chips got a little soggy due to the closed bag. Apart from that never had an issue with this place.

Ordered 3 pizzas but they weren't great, dense bread with not much flavour in the toppings. It's cheap, got 3 for £18 but I'd rather pay more for better pizza.

Personally the top 2 kebab places in Leicester. Great tasting food and generous portions. There is a reason why they have been around for so long. It is family owned and the service is always top notch.They had a refurb not so long ago and it looks great. I'm a little lucky to live fairly close by so can pick up if needed but it can get pretty busy as it's very popular. Open till very late too.Parking: Free street parking if you can find some but the place is on a main road

Their food is top quality however a few of their staff members that take orders over the phone are extremely rude and arrogant! They claim to take pride in and be well known for their customer service but that's just a blatant lie and them blowing their own trumpet as a sign of their pure arrogance. If you face a problem with an order rather than apologising and correcting the issue straight away, they'll start being argumentative and snap at you for no reason. Notably not all of their staff are rude and obnoxious though, only a few of them are whom I assume are the main ones that run the shop!Humble yourselves and treat your customers like a priority rather than an option just because you have a lot of customers due to the good quality of your food! As it's very easy to lose your big customer base just as quickly as you gained them if you continue in that fashion! Also I've noticed that instead of apologising to customers, showing remorse and genuinely taking the feedback on board for the negative Google reviews they've received, on the contrary they shockingly deny it and start arguing with the customers instead! It's absolutely pathetic and laughable! That is evidence in and of itself of their rudeness and arrogance on show in public which I'm sure they'll still deny! ???♂️I'm certain a lot of these good reviews they've received are just people who are overlooking their occasional rubbish customer service just because of the good quality of their food! And of course fake reviews by themselves, their friends and family kissing up to them! Do better customer service because your food is great! It would be a shame if you lost your customers due to your own arrogance and over confidence!
Food usually very good, had a few things off the menu and it's all been great quality, except the free chicken nuggets they've been giving recently, which have usually arrived a bit soggy, limp, and generally bad quality - I can see why they give them away! ?Great customer experience, use them fairly often, just stay away from the nuggets! ?
