Service is nonexistent, empty restaurant and they made me wait 5 minutes just to order, no smile to manners no eye contact. I used to work for bk back in the days and if I serve customers like these jokers I would have got sacked on the spot. I don't want them to close down but if they did it won't be missed.

Well we decided to give this place a try and upon entry it was very quiet inside however couldn't help but notice how dirty all the tables were. We placed our order and decided to sit down however the tables were really off putting! Filthy! We had to ask a member of staff to clean table. Food was slow to arrive but eventually we were served cold food! The whopper bun was stale and the patty was Stone cold!!! The staff here all seem very disinterested and disorganised. I would never return here and I recommend people avoid! Dirty and poor service.

Right so the reviews about it being quiet are true... most the business is through uber or similar. We came in about 2 o clock it was empty so you wud would expect there to be house keeping ... the tables were cleared but not wiped down or cleaned there was sauce and crumbs over numerous tables.staff was more focused on NOT acknowledging the majority of customers I saw come and go which was a eye watering 3... The floor same with the tables are sticky felt like one of them glue traps for rats. Won't be coming here again ... burger was barely warm in stale bread didn't enjoy it at all . chips were awesome tho as that was clearly cooked fresh not a burger made ages ago sitting there . Won't be coming here again surprised they even still open . Couldn't see any mask for the kitchen staff so hair etc from beards/long hair can get into you food . Very bad hygieneDietary restrictions: If you want to lose weight go here ..... they will serve you food to put you off eating again .

Was hungry and popped in for the Gourmet Burger whilst the restaurant was empty however it was full of delivery takeout drivers and the person serving had the title badge “Staff Manager” had no idea how the Till functions.Asked for salt & pepper which they did not have in stock also they charge now for sauce 30p each.Burger itself was okay however the broiler needs tweaking as it felt cold, was informed that it’s due to the buns being taken out of the fridge.WC needs attention as it looks like it’s been abandoned ?Parking: Shared with David Lloyd Gym
