The staff here need some more training on customer service skills. Both Barista Maestro were abrupt and rude. I understand it is a busy store, however that is no excuse for rudeness to customers.

More often than not, I have to clear a table myself to sit, and get refused paper napkins on the grounds that it's company policy. Really? I have emailed Costa a week ago with no response. I'm a little tired of poor customer service when paying high end prices. I will now delete my app and go elsewhere.

They don’t want to serve in costa cups they want to serve cafe in take away cup which is paper made we can feel taste of paper in coffee, wrong law don’t serve in cups after 19:00 hrs why not they close it after 19:00 in this time people searching work but who have work they don’t want to do that.

Two days ago I went there to have a hot drink, was just few minutes past 8:00am , I been told in a very arrogant manner that I must wait ten more minutes!The opening time is 8:00 am , they are liars, disrespectful, lazy, expensive, low quality!There is nothing Italian about Costa , except the name !

This is nicely located and convenient when shopping. Its bright and airy with lots going on during the busy part of the day but all the same a nice place for a cuppa.

Service is really bad. I ordered 4 chai latte and spend £21 pound. But when I received my order I saw that the cups were not sealed or there is no cling flim. It was open and the cups and costa bag were completely wet.. I was at my work and I ordered it for my staff...But it's really disgusting... I am not happy with that...

My main go to local Costa. But mainly because it is very light and airy. Staff are also better than most. Able to charge your phone etc at many of the tables while treating myself to an enjoyable hot chocolate or coffee in comfort seating.

I was meeting friends for lunch do did not pick this venue.I have been before and I find this Costa a bit under par.They have a lack of options especially in savoury food. There is always a queue and service is very slow. It was pretty busy so tables were precious and we had to sit at one that was in level. It also was dirty on the table and there was items spilled on the floor. (there were 3 of us, had there been 4 someone would've had there fit in a sticky wet mess) I had to ask for it to be cleaned and I mentioned the floor but that was still left a mess. I then had to ask at the counter for a fork for a friends cake. It's not the nicest Costa at all.Vegetarian options: There was very little in vegetarian options in savoury food, no salads just a cheese & tomato toastie or 1 egg sandwich.
