Terrible experience .. at creams Leicester . Drove and hour to go to creams at Leicester. Reached at 6pm today . A lady offered us a seat when we went in. Then as we were going to order, a guy comes ( possibly manager) comes and tells us “Sorry guys we can’t serve you today as we are terribly short of staff and there were three staff in there including the manager. Such a bad experience .. very unwelcoming .. will never return to this place

Wonderful tasty waffle with strawberry toppings I had taken today. Definitely I would visit again to try other waffles available in the menu card. Awesome place to eat tasty waffle at Leicester. But, little bit expensive which is only fact making me to think again before going there. All kind of waffles cost almost 8-10£. ?
Underwhelming experience overall. The American-style waffles are dry and lack flavour unless drenched in sauce, and the quality of everything else was ok but not worth the prices. The atmosphere inside is also flat.However, the main issue is that the service is frustrating. The servers behind the counter weren't friendly at all which puts a dampener on celebrations (a birthday in my case) so I couldn't recommend it. Another example was when we arrived there were six of us but they only gave us one menu.The one exception to the service complaint was the young woman who cleared our table who was very friendly.
