Dreadful customer service every time you order they take ages to complete your order you get half of it then end up looking at the back of staffs heads whilst they talk amongst their selves then when you speak up about the dreadful service the staff get rude like you’re in the wrong . Seen staff go outside for a cigarette then go back in and not wash their hands , feed dogs go back in and not wash their hands . Everything is cold they also seem to shut shop when ever they feel like it .

Very disappointed after arriving here today to find them clearing the shelves and the doors locked at just before 2:30 in the afternoon.Opening times on the door clearly stated 5:00 closing.Tried to attract the attention of staff but was ignored.And we were not the only disappointed customers there.

Claire and her staff are the friendliest and most efficient people you could ever meet. They are so helpful, especially Gem who is always able to magic warm sausage rolls for my husband. They always go above and beyond to provide good service. All Greggs products are excellent both for quality and price.
