I have been doing a shift at Haymarket and craving a hot chocolate nearly every morning, I came in so many times, that the staff ended up remembering all my regular orders before I spoke a word! Now that is express customer service that needs appreciation! Thank you, ladies!

Totally discussed with member of staff, behind the counter. I had joined a queue on one side because these pads where still costing their sandwiches, they then joined the queue behind i did and a guy behind me before the lads joined. The male member of staff held at myself and said the queue started the other side behind those lads. I mentioned when i joined the queue they where still choosing. He was abrupt about this and if i spoke they way he did to a customer i would have been savored on the spot. What annoyed the chap behind me the man called over the lads to jump the queue, the male member of staff needs to go on a customer service course his whole attitude stunk...In this occasion i would have marked no stars but to mention a comment about rude individual who works there. This has ruined my afternoon, but thankfully the lady behind the counter served myself as i think she saw i was actually in the queue before those lads had actually joined.Totally discussed with this staff member, wrong attitude for this kind of job.

Gregge is a grocery store where you can eat both fresh and baked goods; prices imposed on these products as a whole are very competitive with other shop in the area ;it should be noted, that I ,entered the Greggs located inside the Haymarket shopping centre (it is a chain of shops, scattered throughout the city ), to have a quick breakfast. This place is very bright, clean and Welcoming. The service is fast and efficient; the staff is competent and kind to customers.

Greggs shops are much of a muchness being all designed to the same layout and carrying the same stock as each other. They are all bright and clean with freshly cooked products. This shop is the same.

I love Gregg's and that more shops are opening in more locations. The reason for this review is the staff I find them rude and stand offish, there's one lady in particular that I found to have no customer service skills at all, and to be honest I think she's racist and doesn't like ethnic people and that comes across if you ever have the honour of being served by her.

Looking for a good sandwich well this is the place. Prices are good too, might find a line at some of them but worth the wait

Nice food but I wished they could do a halal meat section

Great fresh baked products at Greggs at really good prices. Couldn't get served at any of the fast food restaurants in town yesterday so nipped into Greggs in the Haymarket and bought at warm sausage roll and a Belgian bun, got both for just over a £1. The sausage rolls are always good and in my opinion the Belgian buns are the best ever. I've tried them from lots of other shops and they don't come close to Greggs. Always good quick service at Greggs too.
