This restaurant seems more geared up for takeaway food to be delivered. We had the spicy Korean wings with a Korean slaw. Both very tasty and we would have again. This kind of food can be very messy, luckily lots of tissues are provided. we asked for a hot drink and was surprised that they didn’t sell tea, and when we then asked for coffee whilst we did get it in the end, during the meal, they forgot to give it to us

Me and a work colleague attended the restaurant to order some food to take out on the 22/11/2023 around 1.30pm. x2 of us ordered the Bulgagi noodles with chicken, (and 1x single chicken Bao, which was fine). Both our orders had no sauce at all, so they were almost plain noodles. I have ordered this many times before and its always delicious, however on this occasion it was so bland and tasteless. We were super disappointed with this, as we drove from Wigston to the fosse park restaurant, so due to time could not return this. We have photos of the issue attached, and did stir this around but again no flavouring/sauce.

Seriously gone downhill we visited 19/11/23 ordered 4 meals. One bowl was only half full Bulgogi - we asked why it was half full and they said because it only has one topping aubergines. Ok but we have had this before and it’s same size portion as other bowls just maybe has additional salad. The salad was also non existent ! Despite this the waitress ignored us. To top it all off the rice underneath was cold and hard. It’s put us off for a very long time if at all we return !

Poor mains nothing what it shows in the menu. Had the rendang and looked nothing like in the picture and flavourless. Wings are nice but stick To waggas upstairs.

They were having issues taking payments at the time we arrived so had to order online which wasn't the easiest as my phone kept freezing on the website.Flavours were really good, tofu could have done with a little more flavour and it was quite firm than what I'm used to.Frappe was really good but would have expected a bigger cup for the price.When we arrived there were quite a few staff standing around when tables could have been tidied (we had to do that ourselves)But all in all, I probably would go back.Vegetarian options: They had tofu and tempeh options available

What a disappointment ! Used to go to Grounded Kitchen a lot when they were at King Street and was happy to queue for half an hour during my lunch break as the food was so good - really tasty, fresh and zingy. Just ordered a delivery from the Fosse Park branch and it was just awful. The bulgogi beef was tough and tasted like it had been boiled and was so tasteless I had to add some barbecue sauce. The rice tasted like it had been sitting around on the counter for a couple of hours and the avocado was mushy and overripe. Only managed to eat about half of it. Just awful.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. We were on our way back to Liverpool. Rheanna served us. She was not only very informative over the menu but pleasant and engaging. A real asset to your company. We will definitely be back !

First visit and the food was excellent! I had the wrap! Oh wow the meat (angus beef), the cheese ? the flavours, oh my! When I go back to Leicester I will definitely be returning here! Quick bite on the go, or you can sit in, beautifully decorated and customer service was top tier. Thank you!
I found a metal object in my food. I registered a complaint on their website and got a message saying I would receive a response within 3 days. Over a week later and I haven't received a response. Avoid the place.

Very tasty and healthy but going down hill. Portions are tiny and cold! Used to be value for money but massively over priced.

Food was good, but service was something else. The girl taking our order kept picking food out of her teeth. This in itself was off putting, plus we couldn’t understand what she was saying due to her finger being in her mouth. Would not return especially after I saw her prepping food too ?

It never used to come cold but it seems to now. The chicken was fridge temperature last time I came. Have to microwave it everytime. Never used to be like that. The chicken uses to be warm with he rice.
