I don't review much but when I do I have a good reason too. Himalayas is an excellent family restaurant their service is A1 and food is fantastic. I wouldn't believe many of the low star reviews because its completely opposite to their opinions.

Nice people, atmosphere and excellent food..good portion size. Given 4 /5 stars in sections for all but overall rating is 3 star. Only downside is the food and alcholol is where there are pictures of hindu gods / temple ...appreciate been there for years however for me off-putting hence now go to an alternative placeParking: Never had a problem with the parking

Ambience is fine, service is terrible, and food is pathetic, most probably reused/left over from previous orders. Its appalling to see blatant reuse of food at this restaurant, waiter started with entirely different chicken dish containing lamb, with presumption that every one is ok with such practises. Suggestion to just use desired food from the dish was shocking. They don’t care about possible health issues to customers due to such food items, department responsible for ensuring strict compliance of safety measures at restaurants should do inspection visit here.
I like service and drink there food can get bit improved but overall it’s not bad for what h are paying

Ordered a takeaway last night we got the meal home and surprise, surprise order was not complete again....to make things worse we went to eat our curry and I found hairs human hair in it. That ended the meal. Be aware and check things before you leave. Customer Service...well there isn't any.at all.
