Food itself wasn't bad at all but the service was sooo slow!!! It seemed they were prioritising phone orders over actual paying customers in the shop, to me this is not good business because having to wait over 45 minutes for 2 simple kebabs is not acceptable.

Foods decent but when you have to wait 45 minutes for donner meat and chips when only three people infront you is an absolute joke. Happens every time and I can’t figure out why it takes them so long!? Will be going else where from now on

Great fish and kebabs. Queueing system is a bit weird, just not what I'm used to. Great tobe able to phone order through for collection. Staff really friendly.

Took kids for chips Monday night after Football and to try it out..chips were vile dry and had no taste..no food in the cabinet either...not nice at all ..chips went in the bin...never going back that’s for sure
Really please the owners are back.. the food standard is alot better and now i dont need to travel to narbrough..The owners are lovely and kind and very friendly

Really disappointed with my meal. Ordered a fish and chips from here tonight. Fish was not great at all in terms of the taste but the main issue was that it was full of bones. The chips were also bang bang average ( i remember this being the case on the few other occasions i have been before). To think that i paid a 10nr for that along with a sauce is mental. Will not be back. Hope the owners use this feedback constructively.

Very friendly and lovely staff, the food is good quality, it’s just a shame even if we call ahead by 30 minutes before collection we still have to wait 15-20 minutes when we arrive to receive our food. But nether the less it is one of the better chip shops around.

This has been our chip shop of choice since we discovered it over a year ago, but after this evening I unfortunately have visited for the last time. Nothing to do with the standard of the food that is fantastic it's all about the customer service and having to stand outside in the freezing cold for over half an hour for chicken meat and chips has spoken volumes about customer service. O well all good things must come to an end.
