“What a lovely restaurant! The decor was great, ditto the background music. And as for the food - we both went for the thali, and found it tasty and imaginative. The staff were great and the prices reasonable. Next time we're in Leicester we know where to go!”

“Group of 24 for a special occasion, catered for to perfection. First and foresmost, the food was on point, not drenched in oil and with a different take on known dishes. The service was professional, accommodating to our dietary needs and staff were friendly. Raj did a grand job from the time of pre-booking to the end of the night. We had the private dining area, which allowed us to move around and mingle in between courses without being a nuisance to others in the restsurant. Plus it's not so private that you're completely secluded from the main restaurant. The decor and tableware made it feel special for a celebratory meal.”

“We went on Sunday evening and were made very welcome. The waiter was a family member who was friendly and very helpful. We had a mixed shared starter and 2 lamb African dishes. The food was fantastic. The level of spices just what we asked for and the lamb soft and tasty. The meals were huge. This restaurant is just a few minutes walk from the holiday inn express and the football stadium. We'll worth a visit if you are in Leicester.”

“I’ve been there for my best friend’s graduation party, it was so nicely organised and the staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The Dj was unstoppable and his song’s list was amazing. The food? The best Chili chicken I had in my life.”

“Had a dinner there and it was fantastic. The owner welcomed us with hospitality and the two servers who took care of us were fantastic. The food was amazing. It is a bit more expensive than the other Indian places in the neighborhood but you can tell they use better ingredients. Thumbs up! I recommend their spicy dishes, so good!”

“We decide to visit here whilst staying locally for a long weekend. Doesn’t look much from the outside and the indoor decor is very basic. But that said the staff are extremely friendly and the food was amazing. Was a little disappointed that they didn’t do meat samosa but the vegetable one was really nice and I highly recommend the prawn puri. We each had a starter, main, rice, side and bread each. We had so much food left that we took the rest back to our accommodation. Highly recommend.”

“Loved our first visit tonight. We normally go somewhere else but they were closed so on recommendation from our son we booked in.There is a eclectic trad boozer come Bollywood vibe going on, which is very enjoyable. The menu is very extensive, and very reasonably priced. We had sizzling Tandoori Chicken and Salt and Pepper Fish as starters, after the usual poppadoms and pickles. The fish portion was huge, and really enjoyable. The peppery heat built slowly!Main courses were white bean curry and Chilli Chicken. We were asked.what level of spicing we wanted and I'm glad I picked medium!Drinks were the usual lagers on draft, the Cobra was excellent with the curry.Service was exceptional, the staff were hard working and very attentive.A brilliant place, we will be back.Decent vegetarian options as well.”
