Just popped into KFC on Leicester high street around lunch time, never again the service was shoddy at best, as for the food l had a zinger burger l think it was called and my wife had a chicken burger; both were barely warm with a piece of limp lettuce hiding below the chicken, both burgers look as if they had been thrown into the boxes from a distance, the person responsible couldn’t even be bothered to close the containers, as for the fries they looked like the had been cooked some time earlier that morning they were soggy and Luke warm, l gave a one star rating because the coffee was hot.

This place is horrendous the woman practically dashed sauce at me when I asked for bbq.The manager asef, or ahmed was extremely racist. He told me I’m a liar after 3 items of my food were not in the bag and said “this is what your kind do” will never go here again!

It was my worst experience of my life because food are not fresh and staff is not speak politely, one of the girl of KFC show a alot of attitude. I well never visit gain in KFC.

my service was not up to par i did not appreciate the way the staff treated me for example there was no respect or kindness such as common courtesy like a “you’re welcome” back when saying “thank you”. when given my meal i found that the sizes were not proportional since the piece of meat in my burger was half the size of the bun. when i stood up to go to the bathroom i was aggressively told that the toilet was not to be used since it was closed at 21:00. i’d recommend to give proper training to the staff so they can learn to be more kind, and the ‘chef’ to make proportionally sizes of meat to the burger

I wont not recommend this place. The chciken strips where like jerky , the chicken was dry and overall it did not taste good. This was from the party bucket we ordered. They also forgot our coleslaw.

Playing out with my mates in town and we decided to have a KFC. I didn’t want much so only wanted a snack. I found this popcorn chicken snack bucket which was amazing, quite literally! Surprisingly great quality and it tasted very nice!

I really cannot say is the best KFS restaurant, because it isn't. We were dissapointed about the food,was so dry and not so tasty,seemed made for some time. Staff not so friendly and their system was down and they didn't know what orders they had and had to give them our receipt, good that we've had one otherwise we could ended up without food probably.We will not go here anytime soon.
