Didn’t pack everything on our drive thru order. Instead of refunding on the phone etc, they expect you to drive back and get a refund to your card. Disgraceful attitude to customers - we have to drive back over half an hour round trip for a £4 refund for their mistake!!!!Going to charge back from credit card company.Been here before when salt levels were dangerously high too.

Never get the order right, no customer service. Staff does not know how to speak with customers or resolve issues efficiently. There is no point going through the drive-through if you have to walk in to collect missing items. Food is not prepared nicely or is sometimes cold. Why pay for dips when they won't add them in the order ?

6 pieces of chicken missing! Check your order before leaving as we were accused of lying to get extra chicken. We wouldn't travel 15 miles to receive our correct order. Manager - Jay - was rude and showed no remorse for his restaurants error. Will never visit Waterside Road KFC again, there are other KFCs who I could give my money to.

Don’t order delivery, food came cold and when I rang the kfc, the staff member put the phone down, rang back again and she said to bring back the food back for fresh food but what’s the point for paying for delivery, I ordered from the app so I rang the store and she told me to go to Uber ??? Does not make any sense spent £25 for cold food

Don't bother going in here if you are a white British citizen. I stood a few minutes waiting to be served and as soon as a couple of Asian men walked in the Asian woman serving asked what would they like to order. I found this to be quite racist.

So grateful as this is Only place in this area open until 11pm on Sundays with in door seating and facilities available.I mostly order the Mega box meal comes with a pot of gravy £5The online menu has so many meals I haven't seen before also on the Mobile app as well.Parking: The number of parking spaces is suitable to the amount of tables and chairs available.Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome here to enjoy a chicken meal.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is Mobility scooters and wheelchairs friendly with plenty of room to access the counter.
