I went for the World Kindness day offer apparently on the website it said the first 500 people get a free box but the lady lied about the donuts and the first 30 people get a free box plus I went so early but didn't get a box definitely giving no review bad service I would definitely give 0 stars but it wont let me

The donuts were really nice however customer service needs improving.I felt that the lady serving us was slightly rude and it felt as if she didn’t want to serve us.

Just bought 2 boxes. Supposedly "made fresh daily"... Barely any taste compared to what they normally have, barely any glazing at all. They've gone down hill, they're trying to save money by cutting costs or those clearly weren't "fresh." Also the increase in price is ridiculous, £26 for 2 boxes is a joke.

Krispy Kreme Highcross offers fantastic doughnuts and excellent customer servuce! All the staff are friendly as I go every week for fundraising and they are helpful and polite. I'd like to mention Connor and Megan as I see them most Fridays I go there and they both greet and smile everytime!! Thank you for your wonderful service!!

I mean the donuts are ace but the place does not appeal to dine in or sit nearby. It neither looks appealing or comfortable and it's definitely not the cleanest.Have ordered take away a few times for work / home and the product has been good but I guess that's what the counter is for really ?

I love the donuts here but the reason it's 4 because every time this 1 lady is there I have a voucher on the app and she keeps on saying that you can't use vouchers in this store even thought I went the day before and I was able to use them. I buy these things with smiles.

Today we experienced sticky floor, sticky seats (all of them, as we was going to move). They wiped and sprayed them, but they were no better. They needed hot soapy water. We chose to stand and have coffee and doughnut, then we put serviettes down to sit on. When we left we had to peel them off the vinyl seats. Not usually this unpleasant.
