I recently visited this cafe, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The cosy ambiance, coupled with friendly staff, created a delightful experience. The menu offered a variety of mouthwatering options. The attention to detail in both the decor and presentation of dishes showcased the cafe's commitment to excellence. I highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a memorable coffee and dining experience.

Great atmosphere and extremely friendly owners. Always looking after their customers and ensuring any issues are dealt with effectively and quickly. We had no issues with our food at all. Service was quick and the food was delicious! Fairly priced too! Would visit again! Their French toast was awesome!Parking: Parking spot round the corner for 95p and it's an NCP car park too.

This is a real find. Unassuming from the outside, it’s multi functional with a day cafe, evening restaurant, shisha room at the back. We went for the French toast and full English. I had eggs royale and each of us finished our plates and thought it delicious. Ibrahim was our waiter who was very attentive and the service was great.

The food was absolutely lovely. Well cooked and came out quickly. The sausages were a particular highlight of the meal and the lamb bacon was really unique and tasty. Junaid was a brilliant waiter, and suggested my boyfriend try the French toast, which he really enjoyed. Will definitely be back here next time we visit Leicester.

Crispy chicken burger hit the spot again and still love we can park for 4 hours for £2 when they validate your parking. Service was friendly and helpful, albeit a little unorganised but it was a busy Saturday and there were some unpleasant diners being a pain about where they wanted to sit. Not had a bad meal or experience when I come here and look forward to the next time.

We stopped here for Saturday brunch and were very impressed with the food, service and general atmosphere. Our food arrived quickly given the number of customers. The French toast was heavenly, definitely one of the best I've had. Really appreciated the space heaters and use of buttons under the table to call staff over. Overall, a fantastic experience and would definitely visit again.

The breakfast was really average and I didn even feel like completing it. The ambience is really average. For the price we paid there are way better places in leicester. The ratings don’t even seem to justify this place. To make things worse they don’t accept card .

Amazing place, never have i been to a restaurant where the owner is actively walking around, serving and talking to customers. We had been checked up on by the owner to ensure we have been seen and our order was taken. Also, came to us to tell us that he has a big group and is ensuring that our food is out before theirs so that we are not left waiting or the food is not cold as it was just the two of us.Additionally, the staff were very polite throughout especially the owner who took out time to introduce himself/business to see if we had been here before - great customer service!! Cant wait to come back in a few weeks.Thank you guys so much!

Went to La Maison with colleagues from work for a team day. We were given a private area so we could conduct our meetings and the service was brilliant all day. Food was great and even though there were 10 orders, the meals arrived exactly when we wanted it. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the day. Thank you for hosting us

I feel sick after eating at this place. I don’t understand how it’s rated 4.7 stars. The food was so greasy and tasted weird - the hash browns and eggs were literally swimming in oil. Gross. When the pancakes came - they were drowning in peanut butter. I took one bite and nearly threw up. The temperature of the restaurant was freezing. The waiter forgot to bring our drinks. A mess and a completely different reality to what is presented on Instagram and online. Please don’t be fooled!Reply to restaurant: I dined today and have had food poisoning for the rest of the afternoon. It’s utterly embarrassing how defensive and rude your reply is. Reviews are supposed to relay a customer’s independent experience. I have voiced my experience, which is that the food looks nothing like the heavily edited online pictures, it was swimming in oil and has made me sick - that’s a separate point to the source of the food. It is not your job to diminish or mock my experience by asking me if I’m sure whether I ate at your restaurant. And lastly, it was cold and windy this morning and it was also cold in the restaurant. So yes, I am very sure I was at La Maison.
