Coffee is good, but chairs are quite dirty specially downstairs and the sofas. Needs cleaning it's kinda off putting.

Very disappointed with staff member behaviour , had very bad experience. Ordered cup of tea and cake , total was 5.85 pounds, given him 6 pound . He didn’t give me back 15 pence but when I asked for it he was so rude and said I already given you and staring at me weirdly like I stolen his 500 pounds and said check your pockets , i saw him my pocket. He was continuously staring at me weirdly and very rude with me . Made my day very bad . It’s not about 15 pence but it’s about how staff is behaving with customers.Need to give training to staff that how to behave with s customer .Very bad service

Nice reception, special mention to one of the younger staff, didn’t get his name. He was very enthusiastic and active in providing the service.The ice cream selection is great with some funny name, so I got one scoop of bubble gum. Cute taste!I didn’t notice that one glass panel of the wall was wide open so the cafe was quite cold that day.

Ordered dessert - 2 waffles and a gluten free dessert, all tasted delicious and prices were fair. Lots of seating and value for money , much better than the desserts opposite at chocoberry

Staff member who served us lovely and the milkshake drink was nice.The decor, furniture and the place definitely needs a revamp / replacing, especially with significant number of cafes / dessert shops that are poping up now that are alot nicer from a atmospheric prospective.Other then that one down note, service and product I had was spot on.

Good and fast service.Had a mint ice-cream cone. Quite pricy for an ice cream cone and wasn’t the best mint ever but it was still tasty.

Good ice cream. I’ve tried only 2 flavours, so far and are slightly sweeter than the Italian gelato, but the texture is correct.

Whenever I have come here with friends or family we are all pretty pleased with the quality and service. It's in a busy part of London road but there are a few dessert places here so we have never had to worry about seating. They have 3 floors of seating available.If you are driving then it can be difficult to find parking. Great place to go after a meal out. The stores on this road compliment each other.
