Went with my lady, ordered food. Her food came 5 minutes before mine. Already not happy about that. When my chicken livers came, they were burnt to the core. A young staff member came asking how the food was, told her it was horrible. She didn't know how to respond. My thoughts, staff training is needed and at least more experienced staff should deal with the front of house. Definitely won't be going there again ...

A strange and mixed experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food tasted good.But there was a type of half table service, where you had to get your own sauce and cutlery etc. Which was frustrating when food was brought to your table and you then realised and had to go get it.My biggest issue is the menu description of butterfly chicken. It clearly states two chicken breasts connected by skin. But when it arrived. It was one chicken breast. I spoke to the staff who insisted it was correct, two breasts connected by skin, based on my experience of carving and dressing poultry, either this was one piece of meat from a smaller bird, or two half chicken breasts. I would have happily paid the same price for one large chicken breast, my issue is with the false advertisement and the insistence from the staff that it was correct.

The food is always good, never really an issue with it. Staff are friendly and pleasant when we eat at the restaurant. The biggest let down is when you order food for home delivery, there is always something missing. This has been an ongoing issue ever since the restaurant opened. I have made a complaint about this before but there never seems to be any resolutions or consistency. Today, the 2 drinks that I ordered for my kids with their meals did not get delivered. Its simply not good enough and brings down the reputation of the restaurant.

an evening visit to Nando’s. It's been a while since I last visited Nando's, and I've seen how much the prices have changed since I was there. I opted for the full platter. I had two fries, corn on the cob, and spicey rice (which they forgot about). The meal was overall a success, and I enjoyed it. I don't know when I will be visiting again, but Nando's never fails in regards to the taste buds.

After previously working in a different site the atmosphere wasn’t really there from what I can remember but the food was as great as always and didn’t leave us waiting even whilst they were busy so overall the staff handled the lunch rush very well and the chefs did and excellent job. The toilets were nice, clean and fairly well sign posted.

We decided to get something to eat from here. It was quite quiet when we arrived. We were shown to a table straight away. The food didn't take overly long to come out which was ok typical standard. Overall the staff were friendly, food was ok. The place seemed clean. Location is good
