This experience made me very sad. I paid ten pounds of cash when I bought coffee, but the salesman even said that I didn't give her ten pounds and gave her change. The coffee and biscuits cost 2.65 pounds. She should find me 7.35 pounds, but she only gave me 5 pence, this is completely blink of an eye. I go to this cafe almost every day for lunch or coffee. I cant believe that the cafe in the school would deceive students and deceive international students. Is this a kind of discrimination? i m really angry and I will continue to complain to the school and every classmate around me, not just telling Chinese students about the fraud of the salesperson. I don't need this money, but the bad behavior of this salesperson makes me feel uncomfortable. She should be fired. She is a liar.

Took a guest to the cafe for an iced mocha and the barrista didn't know how to make one, and the ones she did make were inedible - poor tasting, not enough syrup, bad quality coffee (clearly not up to the Costa standard it arrived in), and although the biodegradable straws were appreciated, why serve them with cups that won't degrade for a thousand years? Service was pleasant, however and the did try hard.

Cheap filter coffee! A fantastic place to relax for a few minutes in between lectures or after a marathon essay writing session in the library.... they have some good sandwiches and cakes too...
