I used to really love Phat Buns but in the last year to 18 months, things have slipped which is disappointing. My latest order was yesterday, the s'mores milkshake arrived having not been sealed properly, so it had spilt in the bag. The food bag seal was ripped and there were no staples in the bag to secure it more firmly closed. The Mac & Cheese has increased from £3.50 to £6.99 and is such a small portion, definitely NOT worth the price! The fish patty was overcooked and the burger costs £10.20 which is outrageous because it's so small! The skins on fries were well overcooked!

First time ordering and will be our last! Absolute shocking food, ordered £10.40 burger and they gave me a child size burger. The hotdog was £8.45 and it looked like it came out of someone's backside!!! Never will I order from there again! Just over £40.00 down went the drain!!!

Walked in and the smell of body odour hits you straight in the face it was disgusting I’ll never eat from here again after that tell your employees there something called deodorant ??

If your taste buds have any form of sophistication I urge you to avoid this place, bland and tasteless, the cheese bites were drenched in oil even the fries weren't right they had clearly been reheated..... VILE
I walked out and stopped eating phat buns since they increased there price from £6.50 to £8.50 This is too expensive for any burger.. as for family of 5 this will cost me over £50 so therefore I rather go to a restaurant and pay the extra £30 and get fine dining. Which makes more sense. The burger tasted good but no way it is worth £8.50 for burger and fries. It’s been over a year I have not even purchased one burger from phat buns only because of the extortionate pricing. I will defiantly not be eating from phat buns unless they reduce there price to what they were originally. I use to buy many burgers in one month when it was £6.50 but since price went up I have not brought one in over a year, and I never will for £8.50! Phat buns rather lose its loyal customers then charge fair and reasonable prices. Good riddance to them!

Phat phuckers! The food arrived 3 hours late, after multiple useless phone calls with the restaurant. The food was cold and subpar - very very disappointing. There was very little communication and the delivery driver gave no apology and was rude! Never ever order from here the phat phuckers eat your food on the way there. Never again.

I had the cheetos burger upgraded to 6oz and mrs had the limited edition Rib Sandwich! Burger and the Sandwich were delicious… just melted in the mouth, bursting with flavours!One of the best smash burgers in Leicester! get the sandwich before it’s gone!Restaurant was clean, staff friendly and food prepped fresh and cooked to perfection! Definitely visit again!
