Fantastic service, even though it was extremely busy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food came quickly. Impressed.

Shame like most businesses after Covid the quality has deteriorated.Cheesy garlic bread was warmed using a lightbulb , soft and inedible… we didn’t complain like we should have. The salad bar was very poor, no onion , no pasta , very bland to be honest. The pizza was ok, but nothing to shout about….. we left most of the food…. Ice cream was the highlight of the evening …Billy , our server was a nice lad …. You can’t pay with cash which still amazes me after all this time ….. wish we had spent our money elsewhere

What a brilliant place! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. We were greeted by Graham who has got be one of the nicest service staff we have ever met! along with a lovely Scottish lady (sorry we didn't get her name) the place was spotless and the food was super yummy and fresh. We had the buffet which was amazing value at £10.99 each, you can keep going back for as much pizza and salad as you want. We woddled out of there haha! We will definitely be back. Thank you!Vegetarian options: All of the salad bar is vegetarian, including the sauces. There was an endless supply of vegetarian pizzas too, lots of options, the pizza slicer has a green handle so you know which ones are vegetarian.

I empathise with the decline at Pizza Hut due to the disappointing service and prices which I encountered firsthand. I had to leave my seat to find a waiter, which was truly appalling. The saddest part is that, as a child, Pizza Hut held a magical place in my heart to the likes of Disneyland. Unfortunately, the decline in service has led to the loss of that nostalgic magic.

Seated quickly, the pizza buffet and salad bar were both well stocked. Glasses and bowls arrived at the table very quickly after ordering. Buffet was good value.

The food was great. The service was swift once we had placed our order, we weren’t left waiting for drinks etc. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.Parking: Free parking for 4 hours in the Thurmaston shopping centre car park.

The staff are really attentive and listen to your wants and needs. They interact with my daughter, which is often an issue when taking her out for meals, making the whole experience really enjoyable for both me and her.

Kath & Bethan did alot for us and made the experience so much more enjoyable, from those 2 alone I will be re-visiting and it was one of the best meals I have ever had, this was at Leicester, Thurmaston, and I would really like it if they got appreciation and credibility for working so hard and making our experience perfect, every request was sorted immediately and perfectly!
