Went in this morning around 8:30 am 28/06 to grab a coffee. Got my coffee but also incredible customer service. The lady who served me, was happy and smiling, made conversation. I left feeling like I'd had a real interaction not like I'd placed an order for a coffee. Great service pret. This lady is a credit to your company.
Quick service and great coffee. Introduced my cousin a few months back who'd never been in a Pretty despite working in town. It's now one of her favourite treats and she deserves to give herself more of those!

Good coffe and service with a smile. Although I'm trying to stay away from chains and visit local coffee shops, if I need one in a city center Pret is always my first choice. The almond croissants are excellent and probably the best out there. The coffee was nice and hot which is always a bonus and something the other places can't seem to get right
